Slye is a prototypical sized QB with the height and frame colleges look for at an early age. That size and length gives him plus arm strength and the accuracy capable of delivering the ball with velocity both in short and deep passing situations. Quick and compact release with good extension in his follow through but can mix up arm angles to throw a catchable ball. Athletic and mobile enough to extend plays with his legs, he consistently creates second chance opportunities when protection breaks down. Strong all around mechanics and footwork, he demonstrates the ability to make accurate throws on the run as well as from a clean pocket. He's a high ceiling and upside young QB that was initially offered by Sacramento State in October.      A big, versatile offensive lineman at 6'6” 265 lbs. who can play tackle or guard at the next level. Powerful at the point of attack, he consistently drives defenders off the line and creates movement to open running lanes. Equally capable of anchoring in pass protection, he holds his ground against bull rushes and maintains leverage in traffic. Uses strong, disciplined hands to control defenders, latch on, and finish blocks. Plays with a wide base to be balanced at the contact point. Shows good vision and awareness to adjust and pick up stunts by working to the second threat.
