However, make no mistake about it: speed is not the only element to his game. On tape we see Prunty out-muscle defenders for both the ball and additional yardage with his seemingly-strong hands. Prunty is one of those players I would describe as better with the ball in his hands than he necessarily is a true receiver, as he has vision and the ability to create for himself. Regardless of where you line him up, the ball is best in Prunty's hands. I would say his route running is efficient as he is capable of creating space with fakes; whereas his high pointing and vertical leap can improve. I wish to see more defensive film on Prunty's tape, as it will only make him more attractive for colleges to showcase his versatility.

https://twitter.com/KysheemPrunty12

Part of Steinert's strong season last fall coincides with the the emergent play of [player_tooltip player_id='1545703' first='Makai' last='Blackstone']. As a safety, we see Blackstone stay in his backpedal as he reads the quarterback, only breaking when the quarterback indicates where he is going with the ball. This, however, does not take away from the belief that he should be early to the pass and late to the run. A low tackler who raps well makes him a strong run supporter in the alley - although I would encourage him to not tive up his feet. Seeing toss is one of his strong suits, as Blackstone absolutely flies up to take that play away. Should he over-commit or read incorrectly, Blackstone has shown recovery speed and aggression to make up for it. Lastly, he delivers his body through the man to dislodge the ball when covering.

https://twitter.com/MakaiBlackstone

Glassboro has an embarrassment of talent on their roster, and you can add [player_tooltip player_id='807032' first='Maurice' last='Davis'] to that list. A very raw prospect as a sophomore, Davis shows flashes of brilliance in abundance. As a standup edge player, he takes very good strides that attack and force the issue with each step. Against smaller defenders, we see Davis use his length to create separation and be disruptive; he also uses that length to match the quarterbacks hands. He does tackle a bit too high and tends to arm tackle, as well as when taking on trappers. Improved coaching will go a long way for improving his skillset and having a productive and long football career.

https://twitter.com/Reese4davis

Perhaps a quarterback by necessity, [player_tooltip player_id='1654018' first='Nick' last='Dimino'] is a prospect that, in my opinion, is not going to be a college quarterback; but he can certainly help a college team in a number of ways. Dimino is one of those prospects that is a better "football player" than he is at his position. We see him master fundamentals such as setting his feet before throwing and utilize his athleticism to move and extend the pocket. Dimino trusts his teammates to go up, get, and make plays on the ball. That does not mean he is just chucking it up for grabs, as Dimino places the ball in good spots. On tape you see a gunslinger type of player at quarterback who plays with much moxie. As a corner he reads his opponent and quarterback well, breaking on passes very quickly. Moreover, he is aggressive in run support, where he showcases his strong tackling.

https://twitter.com/NickDimino2027

Carteret, in my opinion, has been a hotbed of underrated, under-recruited talent. Linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1524431' first='Nicholas' last='Gomm'] continues to fit that billing. Gomm breaks down well when he gets through into the backfield, allowing him to stack up his tackles for loss. Coming off the ball hard, Gomm shoots gaps with authority as he fits his run fits. The trade-off is that he does not sit back and read keys. What makes this approach effective is how hard he shoots those gaps that weaker offensive linemen do not have a chance to block them. Although he wraps and tackles well, he does so a bit high so he must sling, rather than roll when tackling. A true down-hill player, his aiming point when tackling waivers at times and I did not see clips of him in coverage on his sophomore season's tape.
 <!-- wp:acf/hudl
