He is a true vertical compact runner that gets behind his pads and can gain the tough yards inside while showing some wiggle and lateral twitch both in space and in the hole. He is a natural ball carrier that packs a punch at the POA, looks for contact in the hole and has outstanding contact balance when bouncing off tacklers and has under-rated open field speed in the clear as well. He has rushed for 725 yards in only 5 games played and is coming off another 100+ yard rushing performance with 1 score against San Leandro. Bishop O'Dowd should be the heavy favorite in the NCS D6 bracket and well on their way to a Norcal bowl game bid.

Holden is a key name to note in the 2028 class around the bay area and is having a breakout sophomore season campaign for Half Moon Bay. He is a electric runner that can gain the tough yards inside on designed runs and is a high IQ player that does a excellent job operating the Half Moon Bay run heavy offense. In the right system in college he could be very dangerous and should be a household name around the region for the next two seasons. He exploded in the final regular season game on Friday night and posted staggering numbers going for 270+ yards on the ground with over 340 total yards in the contest. His ability to throw on the run and get the ball out quick along with his dual-threat abilities make him extremely dangerous and should be in for a big time post-season run.

Brown is a true power back that gets downhill in a hurry and is extremely tough to bring down once he gets going with elite contact balance, leg drive through contact and moves very well for his size. He shows he can navigate through traffic with lateral quickness and twitch and looks for contact in the hole while always falling forward and barreling for extra yards. He is light on his feet and fluid for his size and has a rare combination of size/speed and is one of the top returning backs across Norcal heading into the off-season. Brown went off against a stout Serra Padres front seven and rushed for nearly 200 yards on the ground and 4 total touchdowns on the afternoon.

Zellmer has really turned into a big time target for this Campolindo team and should lead the Cougars into the playoff's with their high powered and efficient offense. He is a precise route runner that can create seperation downfield, snags the ball out of the air with strong hands and tracking abilities and also shows he can win on contested catches and box out smaller defenders. He is a very smart route runner that can settle against zone coverage before knifing up-field and consistently gets into defenders blind spots before breaking off his routes. He is a no-brainer D3+ caliber player and should draw late college attention and be a nice last minute steal for a college program. Zellmer had a huge week in the final regular season game, posting 120+ yards receiving and 1 touchdown and should continue on his hot streak into the NCS playoffs.

Jones has quietly been having a breakout season for Live Oak and is one of the top rushers across the CCS people are still finding out about. He is a twitchy and elusive runner that can break tackles in tight windows, shows start/stop abilities and is quick twitched in the hole while able to break away in the open field. He shows a strong initial burst, cutback abilities and can shake off arm/ankle tackles while staying patient behinds his blocks before hitting a third gear. Also a receiving weapon out of the backfield, Jones is a complete back and one of the sections best returning for the 2026 season. He had an unreal final week performance rushing for over 230 yards and 2 scores against Christopher and has been dominating week in and week out through out the regular season.
