Under the Lights: North Florida Football Standouts

Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season getting closer, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.   These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.   There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects. [player_tooltip player_id='1572351' first='Drayden' last='Flowers'] (c/o 2029) Position: Outside Linebacker/Running Back School: Taylor County High Height/Weight: 6'2”, 240 lbs Current Season Stats (through Week 11): 36 carries for 240 yards and 2 touchdowns; 5 receptions for 52 yards and 2 touchdowns; 8 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 interception   Scouting Report: Flowers is a rare two-way athlete with imposing size and physicality. At 6'2”, 240 lbs, he blends power and athleticism, whether lowering his shoulder as a ball carrier or setting the edge defensively. He shows natural movement skills for his frame and brings a violent finish on contact.   Analysis: Flowers' versatility and toughness make him a major asset for Taylor County. His ability to contribute effectively on both sides of the ball highlights his all-around football IQ. Continued development in his lateral quickness and coverage skills could help him project as a dynamic defensive hybrid at the next level. He creates separation with crisp breaks and shows the ability to win contested catches. His balance and awareness allow him to make tough plays look effortless.   Analysis: Boggs has shown consistent production, emerging as a dependable target in Taylor County's passing game. His polish as a route-runner and knack for finding space make him a receiver to watch. As he continues to refine his speed and release off the line, his ceiling as a 2027 prospect remains high.   Kyle Estimond (c/o 2028) Position: Wide Receiver/Defensive Back School: North Florida Christian Height/Weight: 6'1”, 181 lbs Current Season Stats (through Week 11): 29 receptions for 572 yards and 6 touchdowns; 41 tackles, 2 interceptions, 1 forced fumble   Scouting Report: Estimond is a two-way impact player with excellent instincts and play speed. He's a fluid athlete with length, showing strong ball skills as both a receiver and defensive back. His ability to read plays and quickly transition gives him a natural edge on both sides of the field.   Analysis: Estimond's combination of size, versatility, and football IQ makes him one of the more intriguing young prospects in the 2028 class. His poise and toughness under pressure stand out on film.   Analysis: Chambers' frame and skill set give him tremendous upside as a modern dual-threat quarterback. His ability to take over games with both his arm and legs makes him one of the most dynamic players in the region. With further refinement in accuracy and timing, he could become a legitimate collegiate prospect.
