He has good accuracy on the deep ball. Jones has a quick release and gets rid of the ball in a timely manner, has a great feel for pressure and throws with accuracy and good velocity over the middle of the field. Jones stays in position to throw, and reads and responds to pressure. Effective at throwing on the move and hits receivers in stride when rolling out of the pocket. Flashes a cannon for an arm on several deep throws with good deep-ball accuracy. Mobile to elude rushers. Starting on the right side, Simpson is a strong puller in the run game and a very effective blocker. Good first-step quickness enables him to fire forward at the second level, combo block with guards and take defenders for a ride. I think Simpson likely fits at guard at the next level.
