Recruiting Report (11/4)- Latest News Across the State

We're back with a new Recruiting Report!   Today, we're diving into some of the recent recruiting news across the state. These prospects have been on fire this week, so we're diving into the latest surrounding their recruitment.   As always, make sure you watch their film below! You won't want to miss out on this kind of talent.    [player_tooltip player_id='378357' first='Elijah' last='Malone'] is a ball hawk from Gulf Shores who's been generating a lot of collegiate attention this season.   "Malone is extremely versatile and makes plays everywhere on the field- he's dominant in coverage, excels at corner blitzes, and can even make splash plays on special teams by blocking FGs. Malone is outstanding in press man, he's extremely physical at the LOS, doesn't allow for WRs to win off their releases, and sticks with them the entire length of the field- making life incredibly difficult for opposing QBs.   Malone has great ball skills. If the ball is thrown his way, he's going to get his hands on it- he's excellent at jarring the ball free/picking off passes, consistently coming up with huge stops out in the secondary. Malone is also really reliable as a tackler; he does a great job wrapping up and doesn't allow for any kind of yardage after initial contact is made."   Yesterday, Malone announced he'd picked up another offer from Liberty!   Be sure to check out some of Malone's tape below; he's having a great season.      [player_tooltip player_id='1680281' first='Gabriel' last='Ervin'] is a dominant DL from Gulf Shores who has continued to pick up attention over this season.   “At 6'0 250, Ervin already has the size and athleticism to make some seriously impressive plays in the trenches. He plays with great leverage, has impressive strength/power, and can explode out of his stance to win matchups at the line of scrimmage.“   Yesterday, Ervin picked up another offer, this time from Liberty!   Check out some of Ervin's tape below. He has cemented himself as one of the top talents in the state and has been recruited as such; he's well worth watching.      [player_tooltip player_id='1337998' first='Armari' last='Towns'] is a talented and highly recruited TE from Hoover who keeps picking up more attention.   “Standing at 6'6 220, Towns physically outmatches every defender that lines up across from him and does a great job utilizing his size to his advantage. Frequently on tape, Towns can be seen mossing DBs and playing through contact really well, consistently requiring multiple defenders to bring him down after the catch.   It's also impressive watching how well Towns can move and run routes at his size; he can gain a lot of separation with his quickness and can cause some serious damage after the catch.“   A few days back, Towns announced he'd picked up another offer from North Carolina!   It'll be exciting seeing where Towns ends up later this year. He's a talented player with some impressive film you can watch below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1660928' first='Jocq' last='Dennis'] is a talented defender out of James Clemens who announced some big news last week.   "Dennis is a disruptive force off the edge who is an every-down threat to opposing offenses. He's incredibly quick off the snap, has active hands, and consistently gets into the backfield to create huge stops for loss. Dennis is hard to contain- he's highly athletic, plays with great speed and aggression, and has the size and length to consistently win matchups and put OL on their heels almost every snap. Dennis is also a reliable tackler who wraps up well and doesn't allow for any additional yards after he makes first contact.   I'm seriously impressed with Dennis' motor and skills in pursuit- he plays with a ton of effort and has the vision and closing speed to create some seriously impressive hustle plays far from where he initially lined up pre-snap."   Late last week, Dennis decommitted from Austin Peay! It'll be exciting seeing where he ends up landing. He's a talented player.   Be sure to check out some of his film below:      [player_tooltip player_id='749640' first='Tanner' last='Ehmen'] has become one of the state's top TE prospects this year over at Thompson.   "At 6'4 195, Ehmen is a dominant pass catcher who pairs his size and speed downfield to create huge plays. Ehmen is quick on his feet, runs great routes, and has the receiving skills to come down with the ball anywhere on the field.   Ehmen has great hands, a dominant catch radius, and impressive body control he uses to haul in tough-to-catch passes through contact/coverage and in the red zone.   Ehemen also excels at blocking- he uses his size, leverage, and strength to drive back DBs and LBs several yards downfield and create huge opportunities for his teammates."   Ehmen has gained a ton of momentum over the past few days, picking up offers from Georgia State and Troy!   Check out some of Ehmen's tape below. You'll be impressed.
