It was a banner year for the junior class in the state of Missouri, with old names stepping up to solidify their positions among the very best, and other players having breakout seasons and placing their names among the top players. Here is a look at the updated top ten.

KYLER KUHN, OL KC ST. PIUS X
- 6'4" 285 - The athletic mauler with cat like quickness had a tremendous season to solidify his position in the rankings with the number one spot and was not knocked out of it, although there are a number of players right on his heels, as the 2027 class is talent heavy at the top. Kyler finished the year with 87 pancakes and gave up zero sacks. He holds offers from Oregon, Indiana, Mizzou, Penn State, Wisconsin and fifteen others.

JACK BROWN, TE/EDGE FRANCIS HOWELL CENTRAL
-6'5" 221 - The prospect in the class with the highest number of offers with 34 total had an outstanding season on both sides of the ball and led me to believe yet again that he could succeed on either side of the ball on the next level, although he prefers to play offense in college. Jack's combo of size, speed, route running ability and hands make him a unique talent. He had 25 receptions for 243 yards and 5 touchdowns, while recording 48 tackles, a sack an interception on defense.

KINGSTON MILES, RB ST. MARY'S
- 6'1" 196 - Has not surprisingly blown up in recruiting as colleges found out about his talent and got to witness his big junior season rushing the ball and leading his team into the final 8 in his class' playoffs. Kingston is a great combo of size, speed, power and moves. He has great vision, quick feet, is a good blocker and also catches the ball well. He's rushed for over 1,800 yards and 25 touchdowns and added another 166 yards and a touchdown catching the ball showcasing his complete back skill set. He has picked up recent offers from Missouri, Auburn, Ole Miss, Iowa and Toledo as his recruiting profile continues to rise.

MARSHAUN IVY, LB CARDINAL RITTER
- 6'3" 225 - One of the most dominant defenders in the state regardless of class, Ivy has really grown into his linebacker position after looking like he could possibly be a DE/EDGE given his size and ability to rush the quarterback and play with his hand down. He is fast and physical with the ability to cover a lot of ground and pack a wallop when he arrives. He's a solid defender in pass coverage and can still rush the passer on a high level. One of the more heavily recruited players in the class with 24 offers, including from Indiana, Michigan, Oklahoma, Mizzou, University of Miami, Iowa and others.

PRINCE GOLDSBY, OLB/EDGE BLUE SPRINGS SOUTH
- 6'4" 215 - The breakout player of the season in the Missouri 2027 with his elevated play from last season, Prince is a tall, long-armed defender with 4.5 forty speed and elite caliber athleticism. This season his football skills seem to have caught up with his athletic ability and he has blown up with college coaches. His closing speed is very impressive and he looks like a missile on impact. He can also drop in coverage and is a superior pass rusher. Goldsby is a playmaker who is always around the ball. He recorded 92 tackles, 14 sacks, 23 tackles for loss, 16 pressures, 1 forced fumble and 3 fumble recoveries. He picked up his first two D1 offers just last month and has recently added offers from Alabama, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas State, Nebraska and Kansas with more on the way. Look for him to become a national caliber recruit.

KOBE RHYMES, LB NORTH KANSAS CITY
- 6'1" 225 - Another big-time defender from Kansas City whose recruitment continued to rise during the season was the multi-talented Rhymes, who also is a big play running back and kick returner. He uses his 4.5 forty speed in all three facets of the game on the high school level, but it's that speed and ability to make plays in a hurry as a linebacker that has schools like Alabama, Ohio State, Oregon, Michigan, Mizzou and around 15 other schools offering him. Recorded 109 tackles with 19 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.

BRAYDEN HARRIS, OT JACKSON
- 6'7" 285 - Great size and athleticism from this big offensive tackle has colleges coming calling. Harris moves well and has great quickness, including quick feet and impressive pass pro skills. He uses his hands well and is a tough run blocker as well with the ability to get out and make next level downfield blocks. He's stacked the pancakes this season in helping his team to an unbeaten run in the playoffs and still going. He currently holds offers from Kansas State, Illinois, Iowa State, Cincinnati and Kansas among his top schools. Look for his recruitment to continue to pick up in early 2026.

JUSTYN LINDSEY, WR LEE'S SUMMIT NORTH
- 6'3" 185 -The speedy playmaker had a strong junior season after transferring to North. He is a big target and has no problem getting behind defenses downfield. Justyn averaged 17 yards per catch for over 400 yards and 7 touchdowns with his new team. On the recruiting front he picked up some offers this spring from Iowa and Nebraska.

CHRIS HARRIS, WR LEE'S SUMMIT WEST
- 6'0" 175 - One of the fastest overall football players in the state and on the track. Harris has blazing speed with a 10.77 100 meters he ran last spring, His speed translated very well to the football field in 2025 as he was a big play threat with the ball in his hands both catching it and running with it. He was also a talented return man for the Titans. He had 52 receptions for 748 yards and 9 touchdowns. Chris also ran 347 more yards rushing the ball with 3 more scores and had 470 yards in returns. His recruitment has picked up as of late with Missouri, Nebraska and Cincinnati offering him.

JOSIAH ROBINSON, CB LEE'S SUMMIT NORTH
- 5'11" 180 - Another burner on the track and the football field. This talented defensive back has been standout out since his freshman year, and soon picked up recruiting interest shortly afterwards. A physical lockdown cornerback prospect, Robinson moved to safety to help make his teams defense better this season, but kept the same high level of play. For good measure he also saw time at running back and excelled there as well. He finished the season with 78 tackles and two picks. UCLA, UCF, Arkansas, Kent State and others have offered.
