He finished with 12 total tackles, including a tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry, proving he can impact plays behind the line and in space. Gulick consistently diagnosed blocking schemes, filled lanes with urgency and disrupted the timing. His ability to scrape over top of the formation and close ground quickly allowed him to halt several drives before they gained momentum. As Mountain Vista prepares for a challenging next round, Gulick's instincts and toughness will be essential. His playmaking makes him as a key factor for this defensive momentum moving forward.

Borel played with exceptional speed and precision, giving Mountain Vista another dynamic presence at the second level. He recorded 11 total tackles and a tackle for loss, showcasing a strong ability to read plays early and rally downhill. Borel excelled in open field situations, breaking down under control and finishing tackles with consistency. His pursuit angles and ability to shed blocks allowed him to limit gains on the perimeter and force ball carriers back inside. Borel's range helped close down opportunities quickly, making him an important piece in Mountain Vista's defensive success. As the postseason intensity increases, his instincts, effort and sideline to sideline movement will continue to play a major role. He has proven he can elevate his play on the biggest stages.

Robinson delivered one of the most complete performances of the night, finishing with 11 tackles and showing relentless effort coming off the edge. He consistently beat blocks with quick hands and controlled leverage, allowing him to meet ball carriers near the line of scrimmage. Robinson brings a physical, no nonsense approach and never hesitates to initiate contact. His presence on the perimeter helped eliminate cutback lanes and force the offense into uncomfortable situations. Robinson's discipline sets him apart and his ability to impact both the run and pass game makes him a name to watch. As Mountain Vista prepares to face an explosive Arvada West offense, Robinson will be relied upon heavily. His toughness and consistency position him as one of the defense's most dependable playmakers.

Ingrassia showcased impressive instincts and physicality, controlling the interior of the defense with high level play recognition. He totaled nine tackles and added a tackle for loss, showing an ability to attack gaps with speed and deliver big hits in the hole. Ingrassia also contributed in coverage, dropping back to eliminate passing windows and quickly transitioning downhill when the quarterback committed. His versatility allows Mountain Vista to adjust alignments confidently, knowing he can handle multiple responsibilities. Ingrassia's ability to play fast while staying disciplined kept the opponents offense from having consistent rhythm. As the playoffs progress, his leadership at the second level and his balanced skill set make him a critical component of this unit. He continues to rise as a player who elevates the defense around him.

Modrzewski brought energy and versatility to Mountain Vista's defense, finishing with nine tackles and showing the ability to influence the game in multiple roles. He excelled at slipping blocks with quick lateral movement, yet he also showed the strength to take on and shed blocks when needed. Modrzewski's range allows him to drop into coverage and disrupt short passing concepts, giving the defense flexibility in its looks. His effort stood out, as he consistently pursued plays from the backside and prevented big gains. Modrzewski's combination of athleticism and football IQ makes him a key piece heading into the next round. Expect him to continue generating attention with his ability to impact both the run and pass game.
