The best thing about Prep Redzone Florida when it comes to recruiting is we see prospects year-round, so when a new group emerges, we have been fortunate to have watched them from the very beginning.

While many other recruiting websites opt not to attend colleges and universities during the spring and hot summers to see prospects and teams, we are there attending every event – from camps and combines to 7-on-7 and prospect events.

From Pensacola right down to southern Miami-Dade County, our team brings you talent way before many have the chance to watch and evaluate.

Through our many stories and prospect breakdowns to our daily promotion via our social media, which gets out football talent in every class, we stay on top of recruiting like nobody else.

With our region-by-region coverage we have the opportunity to spotlight areas that very few have the opportunity to get into. In addition, we shine the spotlight on every class – from 2029 (freshmen) to graduating 2026 seniors.

Today, we make another stop in the talented Orlando area where we look at some Class of 2028 (sophomores), who are making an impact on the defensive side of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1546889' first='Sharad' last='Haire'], CB, 6'1, 165, Orlando Jones – 3.4 GPA. While this quality talent was injured (elbow) in the third week of the season, his stats were indeed limited, but he is one of the players you will want to keep an eye on. Before his injury, he did have 5 tackles, a defensive touchdown and 2 pass break ups.

Jaden Irons, CB/S, 5,11, 175, St. Cloud – 3.2 GPA. If you watched the Bulldogs during this 8-3 state playoff season, there were several prospects that stepped to the front. But when it came to defense, this was playmaker that continued to make an impact in the secondary - anywhere you put him. Tackles, pass break ups, forced fumbles and helping to shutdown quality offensive playmakers, this was someone this program could count on. He had 5 interceptions, 13 pass break ups, 45 tackles, 2 blocked field goals, 1 fumble recovery and 1 touchdown.

Jaylen Lowman, FS/SS, 6'1, 160, Winter Springs – 3.5 GPA. Here is certainly an emerging standout that has already turned heads with his play for the Bears. His 10 interceptions, 49 Total Tackles (40 solo) 11 pass break ups, 4 blocked punts and 1 fumble recovery showcased what this gifted prospect brings to the table.

Johnny Reyes II, S, 5'8, 160, Kissimmee Gateway. Here is a gifted athlete that coaches spoke plenty about before the start of the season. He was huge for the Panthers with 35 tackles, 5 interceptions, 2 pass break ups and a tackle for loss. He can play on both sides of the ball and on special teams if needed!

Christopher “Chris” Sanon, DE/OLB, 6'2, 225, Orlando Evans – 3.8 GPA. When college coaches and recruiting analysts watched this impressive prospect perform, they were blown away with everything he brought to the table – not only on the field where he had 22 quarterback sacks, 13 quarterback hurries, 45 tackles (27 solo), 28 tackles for loss, 1 blocked field goal and several forced fumbles, but what he did in the classroom as a major student/athlete. This will be one of the top players statewide and nationally!

[player_tooltip player_id='1243773' first='Evan' last='Sorkness'], S, 5'11, 170, Oviedo – 3.1 GPA. In a year that saw the Lions make some major strides on the football field, this impressive underclassmen certainly made a major statement as not only a player for the future, but someone who made a difference in 2025 – with 57 total tackles, several tackles for loss, 2 interceptions and even scored a touchdown. Keep your eye on his off-season progress as well.

Julian “JuJu” White, CB, 5'11, 170, Groveland South Lake – 4.1 GPA. No matter where it was on the defensive side of the ball, this quality talent made a huge impact during one of the best seasons in school history. His ability to shut down receivers and make plays with tackles, pass break ups and forced fumbles kept his name in the spotlight for head coach Brad Lord's Eagles.
