<p><strong>Other notes:</strong> The Division-II Non-Select bracket has, so far, played out as expected. As the stakes rise this week with the inclusion of the higher seeds, the excitement is bound to intensify. North Desoto, Iowa, Belle Chasse, and Lakeshore have had a week off to get healthy, and we will see if they are able to knock off the dust early. No. 7 Franklin Parish had a strong start in the opening round, but they will face a determined No. 10 Lutcher team, eager to avenge their upset loss in the second round last season. No. 13 Cecilia, the team that ended Lutcher's campaign last season, looks to play spoiler again when they visit No. 4 Lakeshore. </p>
