**Georgia event will be held on January 10th for all players in the 2026-2029. College coaches will be in attendance, colleges will receive results, you will receive media coverage, and a huge opportunity to make a name for yourself. Click here to register, and use code "SiskWinterPRZ" to get $10 off!**

The state of Georgia is entering its semi-finals of the high school playoffs. There are many unpredictable brackets left, especially in 6A, after the big bad Grayson Rams were eliminated. Not only eliminated, but dominated by the Carrollton Trojans. Many players played a great game, and here are five who helped their teams advance, but were the clear difference makers in the game.

Green is one of the better players in the state of Georgia when it comes to being a two-way player. Green is a defensive back, and he will likely play that at the next level, but he made the most strides in the quarterfinals at the running back position. In a near 150-yard game, he showed that even with a small amount of carries, he can make the most of his opportunities. Green is someone who has the chance to be a star moving forward, as another big game like this, he will be taking his team to the state title game.

When you think of the term "MVP," the majority of the time, you think of offensive players, but with a performance so dominant that it starts to become a defensive standstill. That was the case with the linebacker. He showed that he can be patient, and his vision is one of the better traits at the position when it comes to 6A football. He is quick, and that saved a couple of bigger plays, which should show how crucial he was, as the Walton High School program kept this one in striking range even until the end. This game was close, which makes his performance even better than it looks at face value.

Jackson is someone who is best suited as a wide receiver, and that showed in the last game, as he was by far the best player on the field. He brings a good bit of length, especially when he is at DB, but when he is at wide receiver, he is a guy that you will need to bring someone over top against. He will take the top off a defense, and that has allowed him to be one of the more underrated players on the offense in the nation. I believe he has a chance to make things interesting when he goes up against the Carrollton Trojans this next week.

Godfree continues to get better and better, and the majority of that is because he has been able to hit gaps harder as well as prevent the opposing teams from reaching the third level. I feel as if he has improved in almost every physical aspect of the game throughout the season, but the one thing that has really shown is his ability to lead a defense on the field, but quickly take them off of it as well. He is a defensive maestro, and he has quickly become a dominant force. He has true Mike potential at the next level, and will be one that schools will fight over. He was the MVP of the game alongside Braylo, which is why I am splitting these two for this article.

Everyone loves a shifty wide receiver, and when Zachary has the ball in his hands, you'd better hope you can tackle. Zachary is a big play guy, but is also a short route menace. He can turn three yards into 90 yards down the field. I believe that he is one of the better guys for his size that we have seen recently, and he is paired alongside one of my favorite receivers in the class, [player_tooltip player_id='418494' first='Ryan' last='Mosley']. These two have the chance to dominate in this next game, but he was absolutely the MVP in the last game. He finished with 71 yards (led the team) and a TD against Grayson.
