St. Mary's (9-3) vs Hannibal (10-2)

St. Mary's Key Players:

RB [player_tooltip player_id='1452148' first='Kingston' last='Miles'] (6'0" 196) Jr. - One of the top running back prospects in the Midwest and top prospects in the 2027 Missouri PRZ rankings. Miles is a bigger back with speed, great feet and vision who can carry his teams offense as a workhorse back as he did in the quarterfinals game. He has multiple D1 offers already and that list will grow. In 12 games he has rushed for 2,028 yards and 25 touchdowns while averaging 8.2 yards per carry, and has another 177 yards receiving.

QB Riley Smith (6'0" 170) Sr. - Complementing Miles in the backfield is senior QB Smith, who transferred from Illinois for his senior season. He is a mobile signal-caller who throws well in the pocket or on the run, and has good enough wheels to make plays with his feet. He has made good decisions and completed 61% of his passes for 2,200 yards passing and 15 touchdowns on the season heading into Saturday's game.

OT [player_tooltip player_id='1405389' first='Darrius' last='Smiley'] (6'6" 275) So.- The massive sophomore offensive tackle has really come along well with his game and improving both physically and with his skills from last season when he debuted as a starter his freshman year. He is quick and athletic with good bend and plays aggressively with his hands and in his run blocks and pass pro. He will no doubt increase his list of D1 offers he already has.

LB Elijah Stuekel (6'1" 225) Sr. - A tackling machine who just picked up his first college offer. Elijah patrols the middle of the defense chasing down plays from sideline to sideline, rush the quarterback and also has the pass coverage skills to make QBs pay if they aren't careful. He's had a tremendous 155 tackles, 5 sacks and 2 interceptions in 2025.

Hannibal Key Players:

RB [player_tooltip player_id='1667973' first='Darrion' last='Washington'] (5'7" 160) Jr. - A lightning quick running back who is able to slip through tight gaps inside and use his strength to run between the tackles or bounce outside and hit the jets and be gone in a hurry. He has very good speed and change of direction ability and is also a threat to score in the passing game for the Pirates. He is explosive and can score in a hurry as he has shown in the playoffs.

RB/S [player_tooltip player_id='1188295' first='Kade' last='Hoskins'] (6'0" 190) Jr. - Hoskins is the thunder to Washington's lightning in the Hannibal run game, as he can punish defenders with his physical and tough running style. Only Hoskins has some lighting in his game as well with very good speed and the ability to be a homerun threat every time he has the ball in his hands. He also pulls double duty as one of the Pirates top defensive players from his defensive back position.

QB/DB Wyeth Dorsey (5'10" 185) Jr.- A true dual threat quarterback who does a great job running the Pirates offense and making good decisions with the ball in his hands. Gives defenses another run threat they have to prepare for but who can also drop back and beat you with his arm which he's been pretty accurate with. He is also another dual threat when he switches over to defense where he was named 1st team as a defensive back.

DL/TE [player_tooltip player_id='1128435' first='Tre' last='Hoskins'] (6'5" 285) - The big, athletic D1 defensive lineman will be a load for the young Dragons offensive line to handle and will be one of the best defensive lineman they will face all season. He is quick, powerful and can really run at his size. He will be a major threat to keep from putting pressure on the Dragons QB and disrupting plays in the backfield.
