Alabama Recap: Who Had the Best QB Seasons of 2025?

We're nearing the end of the year, so we're looking back and seeing who had some of the best QB seasons this fall!   We've got some talented passers to highlight, so let's go ahead and dive in!    [player_tooltip player_id='401079' first='Brock' last='Bradley'] is wrapping up a legendary career at Spain Park filled with four years of great performances under center.   "Bradley has an impressive arm he uses to make throws all over the field. He's quick to read defenses, has great arm strength and accuracy, and can push the ball downfield with ease.   In addition to his arm talent, Bradley is also really mobile and can create with his legs. He has the skill to evade pressure and deliver some beautiful passes on the run, and can turn upfield to move the chains as well. I think Bradley is going to have an unreal season this fall- him and [player_tooltip player_id='1471293' first='Kena' last='Rego']<a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/kena-rego/"></a><a></a> <a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/kena-rego/"></a> will be one of the most lethal passing duos in the state."   Bradley was terrific this season, completing 174/255 passes for 2930 yards and 32 TDs, with another 48 carries for 120 yards and 2 TDs on the ground.   I've been a big fan of Bradley's since his freshman year. He's been one of the top passers in the state and has the film to show for it. Make sure you check out some of his clips below, you'll be impressed:      [player_tooltip player_id='1301122' first='Bryson' last='Riggins'] has been one of the state's most underrated and impressive quarterbacks for Russell County the last two seasons.   “Riggins is an impressive passer in several different ways- he has some serious arm talent, navigates the pocket really well, and is a terrific processor who quickly reads defenses to find open WRs all over the field.   I think I'm most impressed with Riggins' improvisation and ability to avoid pressure. He's a tough QB to bring down who can deliver huge throws on the run while also having the mobility to turn upfield and create big gains on the ground.“   Through 12 games, Riggins completed 181/291 passes for 2438 yards and 31 TDs in the air with another 439 yards and 6 TDs on the ground.   I've been a huge fan of Riggins for the last two years. He's been an underrated star for Russell County and deserves far more attention than he's received. If you haven't watched any of his film already, make sure you give him a watch below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1801733' first='Tate' last='Graham'] is a star junior quarterback for Baker who has had a breakout season this fall.   “At 6'5 225, Graham has the prototypical build for the QB position. He has great size, impressive arm talent, and a clear understanding of what he needs to do with the ball. He's quick to scan the field, gets the ball out fast, and is great at selling play action to create huge opportunities downfield.   I can't lie, Graham has one of the best deep balls I've seen recently. He has terrific arm strength and ball placement that he uses to drop dimes over the tops of defenses for massive plays. I'm seriously impressed with how he hits his WRs in stride. Even if they're covered, he'll put the ball only where his guys can make a play on it. Graham should be on everyone's radar this fall- I'm not kidding."   In 12 games, Graham completed 185/289 passes for 2896 yards and 27 TDs to only 7 INTs.   I think Graham will be one of the top passers in the state next season. He showed a ton of impressive things on tape and has all the talent in the world. Take a look at some of his film below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1645040' first='Christian' last='Segar'] is a talented passer out of Daphne who's emerged as one of the quarterbacks in the state this year.   "Segar is a talented QB who takes care of the ball, goes through his progressions, and finds ways to move the chains every snap. Segar has some seriously impressive arm strength and can rip the ball through tight windows/lead his WRs deep downfield for huge gains.   I think what impressed me most about Segar was how well he could attack every level of the field. He throws a really nice deep ball, but can also deliver some strikes in the shorter/intermediate levels of the field to move the chains- no matter where his WRs are, you can count on Segar to get the ball there."   Through 12 games, Segar completed 210/306 passes for 2775 yards and 37 TDs to only 4 INTs.   Segar had a breakout year this fall for Daphne and should be on everyone's watch list going into next season. He's got a precise arm and a great understanding of the game. Make sure you check out some of his film below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1610264' first='Landyn' last='Smith'] is a talented junior QB from St. Clair County who showed a ton of great things on tape this season.   "Smith, a left-handed QB, can shred opposing secondaries with his arm talent. Smith has a live arm capable of making some big-time throws. He has excellent touch and accuracy and frequently completes difficult throws along the sideline, across the middle, and deep downfield to his WRs.   Smith does an excellent job of placing the ball only where his targets can make a play on it. You can see it when he's throwing goal-line fades or over the top of secondaries- he's constantly helping his WRs create huge game-changing plays. Smith can also produce under pressure; he's great at avoiding defenders in the pocket and can make some sweet throws on the run."   Smith had a great season this fall, completing 187/283 passes for 2511 yards and 33 TDs with another 52 carries for 203 yards and 3 TDs.   Smith is another QB that everyone should have eyes on this offseason/going into next year. He's a talented passer who's energized a ton of St. Clair County's passing attack.
