[player_tooltip player_id='1305795' first='Jocques' last='Felix'], Cardinal Ritter DL
6'4" 275
Previous Ranking: 24
New Ranking: 13
- Big time defensive lineman who showed flashes of what was to come as junior, but really blew up during the summer and his senior season, which is still going deep into the playoffs. Great combination of size and explosiveness off the ball and with his first step and speed, along with good power and strength. He can run around, past or bull you over. Has developed good technique to go with his physical gifts he possesses. Also has a nice ceiling to still reach. Plays equally well as a run defender or pass rusher. Has been a big time playmaker as as a senior as the Lions leading tackler with 118 tackles with 11 sacks. He can be as good as he dedicates himself to be. Is committed to Iowa State.

[player_tooltip player_id='1260478' first='Braiden' last='Stevens'], Platte County WR
5'10" 165
Previous Ranking: 61
New Ranking: 18
- Another player who showed great potential as a junior and then killed it in the spring and early summer at combines and camps showcasing his impressive speed and overall athleticism, along with his very good skill set as a receiver. Great route runner with superior quickness and change of direction ability on his cuts or with the ball in his hands to void defenders. Quick twitch athlete. Has terrific, reliable hands and not only has great burst to go get the ball and separate from DBs, but catches the ball well in traffic and lays out to make the grab. Is looking to win back to back state championships and has made it to the semifinals. Has 830 yards receiving averaging 19.5 yards per catch with 13 touchdowns on 43 catches. Recently flipped his commitment to Minnesota.

[player_tooltip player_id='1128410' first='Manny' last='Ellis'], Cardinal Ritter RB
5'8" 170
Previous Ranking: 64
New Ranking: 21
- One of my favorite players to watch from the sidelines due to the effort his gives on every play combined with his big play, electric ability and toughness. Waited his turn and played behind other D1 running backs while being patient. While not the biggest back, Manny runs like he's 220lbs between the tackles and has impressive strength. Once he makes it into the secondary it is a foot race to the end zone, and I have yet to see anyone catch him. Superior track speed that translates well to the football field. A complete all-purpose back who catches the ball like a WR and makes plays after the catch. Is also a deep threat with the speed. Good blocker. Can also be a threat as a returner. Great vision, feet and super elusive. Has rushed for over 2,400 yards and 30 touchdowns in helping to lead his team into the semifinals of the state playoffs so far. Is committed to Indiana State. A great steal for them.

[player_tooltip player_id='1320111' first='Brooks' last='Hall'], Platte County TE
6'5" 225
Previous Ranking: 43
New Ranking: 22
- Been high on the potential of this talented TE for several years. Has very good speed and runs like a wide receiver downfield instead of a 230 tight end. Also runs great routes and can be used as a deep threat, intermediate or red zone, short yardage target. Has great hands body control and concentration with his receiving skills. Is also tough and blocks very well. Can like up as an inline tight end and block or play in the slot. Has been a big play receiver for the Pirates and is a big part of why they are a game away from playing in their second state championship game in a row. This season heading into the semifinals, Brooks has caught 32 passes for 442 yards and 7 touchdowns, giving talented QB Rocco Marriott another reliable weapon in his arsenal to throw to. He's been committed to South Dakota since the summer. However, other schools have continued to recruit him.

[player_tooltip player_id='1128435' first='Tre' last='Hoskins'], Hannibal
6'5" 286
Previous Ranking: 48
New Ranking: 24
- Powerful and athletic defensive tackle prospect who moves and runs very well for his size. Can play inside or out but colleges see him as an interior lineman where his strength and quickness will allow him to play against the run and be a disrupter in the backfield pressuring the quarterback. He's a tough task for interior offensive linemen to handle. Versatile and athletic enough to play tight end at 285 pounds in high school. Has night technique and skills with his pass rush and uses his hands well to shed blockers as well as to defense passing lanes by getting them up to deflect and bat down. Tre has helped lead his team to the semifinals and is as game away from playing in a state championship. Is uncommitted but has seen his recruitment pick up with Northwestern being his latest offer.

[player_tooltip player_id='849731' first='Khan' last='Hoormann'], Mehlville OL
6'8" 315
Previous Ranking:105
New Ranking: 71
- Massive offensive line prospect who I have watched grow from a 6'3" 8th grade linebacker into a defensive lineman and eventually where he belongs as a D1 offensive line recruit. Khan has been a tireless worker to improve his skills over the past couple of years and it has paid off. Has great size, strength and power and is a devastating run blocker, but moves really well and has good feet and long arms making himself a wall that is tough for pass rushers to get around. He uses his hands well and plays with a mean streak and finishes his blocks with an exclamation point. He is committed to Central Arkansas.
