Virginia QBs Mid-Season Reports

He is operating quickly in the pocket, making throws on time when they are open. He is doing a good job at extending plays out of the pocket and looking for the receiver downfield to complete a pass. One of the best pocket passers and throwers in the state, he is showing very good poise and pocket presence with very good accuracy and arm strength. He does have enough athleticism to maneuver around the pass rush and complete throws under pressure. Liberty Christian is currently 7-1 on the year with their only loss coming in an out-of-state matchup versus the Ironton Fighting Tigers in Ohio. He is in his first year as Jefferson Forest's starter. He shows good zip on his throws, with solid accuracy placing it on his receivers. Good arm strength, able to complete 30 yard throws with accuracy and zip on the ball. Tyler shows good pocket presence and poise, staying balanced in his set with good bend. Has the athleticism to evade the rush, keeping his eyes downfield to find the open receiver. Shows good accuracy on this throws with good arm strength. His passes have zip and get to the receiver quickly. He is a name to keep an eye on. His a QB and Safety at E.C. Glass. Good frame, with good athleticism. Can be used as a runner and thrower at QB. Displays a strong arm and the ability to throw on the run. He is dangerous as a runner with the athleticism, strength, and balance to pick up yards making him a true dual-threat.
