Isaiah Donaldson brought power and physicality to Cherry Hill East's offense. The 6'0”, 190-pound back ran with authority, combining size, strength, and open-field speed to wear down Deptford's defense.   What stood out most was Donaldson's college-ready frame and the way he used it — lowering his pads, breaking tackles, and finishing runs with purpose. He looked every bit the part of an upperclassman, running through contact and setting the tone for the Cougars' ground game.   Donaldson's ability to mix physicality with burst made him a key offensive weapon. He's emerging as a player who can consistently move the chains and bring toughness to Cherry Hill East's balanced attack.      David Pearson was one of the few bright spots for Deptford in a tough outing. Despite facing heavy pressure and limited opportunities, he made the most of his touches — showcasing balance, effort, and playmaking ability against a dominant Cherry Hill East defense.   Pearson's highlight came on a 30-yard run, where he broke multiple tackles and fought for extra yards, displaying excellent contact balance and vision. He also flashed his value on special teams, breaking free for a big kick return to the Cherry Hill 30-yard line, setting up Deptford's best field position of the night.   Even in defeat, Pearson proved to be a reliable offensive spark and versatile weapon, giving Deptford fans something to cheer about in an otherwise difficult game      Aaron Watson stood out physically at 6'5”, 300 pounds, bringing an imposing presence to both sides of the line. Even though Deptford's offense and defense struggled, Watson flashed the tools and frame of a next-level trench player.   As a defensive lineman, he showed natural strength and size to anchor the interior. With continued polish — particularly in block destruction, hand placement, and understanding gap responsibility — Watson has the potential to grow into a reliable run-stopping nose tackle or 1-tech.   He projects as a future Division II or Division III prospect, with the upside to become a major force once he refines his technique and learns to consistently control blockers. Watson's physical gifts alone make him a name to track as the season progresses.       Shane Peeler put together one of his most complete performances of the season, finding the end zone twice and consistently creating matchup problems for Deptford's secondary.   At 6'4”, 180 pounds, Peeler has the size and length that immediately stand out. In this game, he showcased excellent body control, hauling in a contested touchdown grab in the end zone and later turning a short catch into a 30-plus-yard gain before being pushed out of bounds. His combination of size, hands, and tracking ability makes him a reliable target for quarterback Josh Greenberg.   While Peeler could benefit from adding more strength to his frame, his fluid athleticism and natural receiving instincts suggest significant potential. If he continues to develop physically, Peeler could project as a solid Division II prospect — the kind of tall, sure-handed receiver every quarterback wants in critical moments.      Cherry Hill East's big lead gave its backups some valuable reps, and one of the bright spots was wideout CJ Hoy. The 6'1”, 180-pound receiver showed flashes, hauling in a screen pass and displaying solid size and coordination. Hoy still needs to refine his route running and build more physicality, but the tools are there. With added polish and a deeper understanding of the position, he could turn into a reliable weapon down the line.
