In pass protection, he waits before striking and can protect against both speed rushers and counter moves with a strong base, body control and well timed punches and body positioning. He is a heavy hand setter with violent intentions in the run game and very athletic inside with active feet and a very high IQ. He is strong at the POA and can overpower defenders while showing the movement to block in space and pull/kick out edge defenders with finish abilities as well. He moves well for his size and has good feet in traffic, a balanced lower half through his block progressions and shows he can pickup twists inside and stay disciplined in pass protection with patient hands and is not a lunger with a quick reset and anchor. Blocking in the Wing-T system, he is a excellent run blocker that has a quick first step and heavy hands when mauling defenders off the ball and shows finish abilities with nasty intentions. He actually has solid feet and movement abilities for his size and offers tons of growth potential at the next level as he is still a raw and developing prospect with the frame and baseline athletic mold to build off of. He is athletic out of his stance and can get immediate knock-back on defenders with good pad level, a strong initial punch and is very athletic out in space getting to the second and even third level. He shows he can pull across the line and combo to linebackers while showing leg drive through contact and can sustain blocks through out the entire play with strong hands within his frame. He excels at blocking in the box, explodes out of his stance with heavy hands and consistent leg drive downfield and shows he can create immediate displacement of interior defenders and has good strength and initial power at the POA. He has natural bend in his ankle and hips and moves well when getting to the second level and pulling out in space.
