has turned himself into a truly complete running back. He can now attack defenses in various ways. This offseason, he added over twenty pounds of muscle to his frame while also improving his speed and agility times. The extra muscle that he put on has given him the extra punch needed to run the ball between the tackles throughout the game and a full season against some of the state's top teams. Not only can Jayson run through defenders, but he has also showcased his breakaway speed this season, averaging 11 yards per carry and already breaking off multiple runs of over 30, 40, and 50 yards in our first three games.
Jayson has strong hands and runs great routes out of the backfield and from the slot. He is not only our strongest running back, but he is also one of our better receivers when called upon. However, the most impressive attribute that Jayson possesses is his unmatched work ethic. Dyer refuses to be outworked on the field, in the weight room, or in team meetings and film sessions."
