Broc went off for the Panthers offense last Friday night and when you roll back the tape, you see skillsets that keep progressing from what we saw even from Week 1. Broc as a route-runner is generating more quick area seperation and has even gotten smoother with his hands even from a handful of weeks ago. He also shows off great balance on where he can hurt you in coverage, as you see it on all three levels for our WR2 in the 2028 class.,

Not only was Josiah over the 100+ rushing yards mark, but I would love to know how many of those were yards after contact, as watching the tape that number flies up quickly as he ate contact on muliple levels of the field. Josiah's always had the speed, but I am noticing even more patience with his vision this season before he hits the hole behind what is a sound offensive line in 11AAA. He hit nearly 21 MPH against Yankton and we know the 10.73 100-meter times, so I want to know why it's been quiet on the recruiting front? If I am an FCS school that has scholarships available, I geuninely feel Josiah is worth a look.

Yes, we have a fullback in South Dakota that rushed for three touchdowns and the stat line above, as we meet under the radar 2026 FB/LB out of powerhouse Elk Point-Jefferson in [player_tooltip player_id='1853445' first='Luke' last='Schmitz']. The 6'3 225 pounder (yes, you read that right) is as fluid as you want your fullback to be with the ball in his hands from start to finish. Once Luke hits the second level and sees open field you see a gear of burst amp up even more. He's a sure fit at the D2 level at linebacker, as one of the late bloomers in this 2026 SD class.

Sometimes I look at these stat lines and am in awe, as Wall running back [player_tooltip player_id='1422350' first='Jace' last='Mohr'] had one of those stat lines last week against Jones County. Surely the agility that Jace has is problematic to defenses as he's one of the most elusive West River running backs in this 2026 class. Even though Jace is eager to make his cuts, he still values patience with his vision behind one of the biggest and most talented offensive line's Wall has had in a while. He's a 2026 with no offers at the moment to know in the backfield.

Major is another running back that flourished last week in their win over Wosley-Wessington. I am liking the straight line speed Major accumulates quickly and it remained consistent throughout his carries last Friday. If you like a east-west runner, that takes the ball up the heart of the a-gap Major could be a solid fit in your backfield in the coming years.. He showed off an elsuive one-cut back that barely even got touched last week. A 2027 that will be on our 2027 SD rankings upcoming.

A new name alert out of Sturgis Brown is 2026 quarterback Jaxon Cano who rattled off nearly 400 total yards last week with one of the most balanced stat lines you are going to find in the Dakotas. The tape hasn't been posted yet, but man I can't wait to see it as Jaxon was mostly an option quarterback from his tape last year prodominently mostly from the run so I'll wait and see to see how his arm talent has progressed, as the athleticism this young man has caught my attention.
