Wright has helped lead the dynamic Rangers' offense to an undefeated record through 6 contests, looking like one of the best dual-threat QBs in the state. Trey excels at keeping his eyes downfield when flushed in and out of the pocket, allowing himself to complete accurate passes from a plethora of arm angles. He also showcases the ability to throw off his back foot on the run. Wright has been dominant and efficient with the football through the air and on the ground this season, with over 2,000 total yards and 23 total TDs on a 75% completion clip. He has been one of the biggest stock-risers at the QB position from any classification this season. The two-sport star holds football offers from schools such as Cincinnati, UTSA, and Texas State.

Extremely athletic and boasting a giant frame, Zingelmann is a dynamic QB who flexes around the field showcasing his versatile talent. He flashes great accuracy and arm strength at all three levels of the field, displaying a unique combination of velocity and touch. With the given passing traits, you may predict Carter to be strictly a pocket-passer, but that could not be further from the truth. He demonstrates great ability to escape and incredible lateral chang of direction for his size. Not to mention, he also lined up at WR and reeled in a TD pass last week. Through 4 games, the Cowboys electric offensive leader has compiled nearly 1,000 total yards and 12 TDs. Zingelmann will look to continue his strong play down the stretch and add to an offer list than includes Baylor, Houston, and North Texas.

Another explosive dual-threat, Taylor has broken out this season, appearing calm, cool, and collected inside and outside the pocket. While labeled as a dual-threat, one of Isaiah's best traits is his ability to step up in the pocket in the face of pressure and deliver timely passes over the middle of the field. These vet-like traits along with his 4.4 speed and elusiveness make him a nightmare for opposing defenses. Taylor has accumulated a plethora of highlight reel plays through six games this season while producing over 1,200 yards and 15 TDs. With offers from Georgia State and Texas State, expect Taylor's name to heat up as he leads the Chargers down the stretch.

The Lions were recently devastated with the news that their star signal-caller will miss the remainder of the season with a broken collarbone. But Phillips deserves recognition for his dominant production to this point of the season. He totaled a remarkable 1,579 yards passing, over 400 on the ground, and 30 total touchdowns. He was on a track to all-state honors and his value through the first half of the season will not go unnoticed if the Lions can go on a playoff run. Great running the ball as well, Cam's best trait as a passer is his ability to go through his progressions, anticipate windows, and deliver accurate strikes. Phillips should be in store for a nationally recognized junior season next year with a chip on his shoulder.

One of the most underrated gunslingers in the state, Hayes flashes some Mahomes/Allen tendencies by extending plays with his legs and arm. Through 5 games, his offense has led the Wildcats to an undefeated start, averaging nearly 60 points per game. While his scramble ability is noted, Hackney is also poised and polished as a pocket passer, driving passes down the sideline and over the middle of the field. Hayes thrives at completing passes as soon as receivers come out of their breaks, showcasing anticipation and a quick release. He is also more than capable of picking up yardage with his legs. So far, he has thrown for over 1,200 yards and 17 TDs, while also adding 100 yards and a score on the ground. With offers, from UTSA and SFA, keep an eye on Hackney and the Wildcats as they attempt a run at the state title.
