Here is a look at a few of the top prospect playing in the Class 4 playoffs first weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1130992' first='Jonathan' last='Moore'], 2027 ATH/QB Lutheran North
- 6'0" 201- The big time Athlete who lights up defenses at quarterback, but who has an offer from Oklahoma as a DB, and is getting recruited by schools like Northern Illinois and others as an ATH, has had a stellar junior season for his Crusaders despite the coaching change and many of their top players leaving. Jonathan has thrown for almost 1,400 yards and 17 touchdowns, while also scoring another 5 on the ground, and rushing for another 165 yards.

[player_tooltip player_id='1188256' first='Kyren' last='Evans'], 2027 CB/WR Lutheran North
- 6'0" 175 - This speedy cornerback/receiver has shown he is a D1 prospect since he was a freshman and schools have come around with his play this season. The talented junior is taking game day visits to some big schools as he gets it done on the field. On offense he is the teams leading receiver with 400 yards on 23 catches while averaging 18 yards per catch and has 3 scores. Defensively he is a lockdown corner with 2 picks and double digit tackles in the regular season as teams don't throw against him often.

[player_tooltip player_id='1665280' first='Demeterius' last='Thompson'], 2026 DE Clayton-Brentwood
- 6'4" 230 - Southeast Missouri commit who is still being recruited by D1 schools given his explosive ability to rush the quarterback. Thompson is long with a great first step and impressive speed to blow past offensive tackles. Requires double and triple teams. He is among the top performers in sacks in the St. Louis area with 9 and has another 38 tackles to go with it. He's added a new wrinkle to his game running the ball on offense and is averaging 6.1 yards per carry. He also plays WR and has caught 14 passes for 283 yards averaging over 20 yards per catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1405378' first='Zayre' last='Thomas'], 2028 DE Raytown South
- 6'3" 240 - One of the top prospects in the 2028 class in the state of Missouri. The tenacious defensive lineman has all the tools colleges look for with his quickness, push and strength, along with good technique. He already holds offers from Minnesota and Iowa State and has multiple D1 colleges recruiting him. His team has struggled this season but the opportunity to watch him and a few more talented players on the team is worth watching.

[player_tooltip player_id='849680' first='Zay' last='Amman'], 2026 TE/DE Holt
- 6'4" 230 - One of the top unsigned seniors in the 2026 class. Amman is still a little raw but has great upside and his best football is still ahead of him. As a receiver he has hauled in 10 passes for 207 yards and 5 touchdowns averaging 20 yards per catch. Defensively he has 44 tackles and 3 sacks and a pick.
