Evans is a talented football player that figures to continue to rise up the rankings, particularly for his ability to be a viable prospect on both sides of the ball at receiver and in the secondary, and likely shows up on recruiting boards nationwide at both positions. Also, a talented hooper that is getting looks for his work done on the hardwood. Plays every position in the secondary, has an explosive trigger downhill and breaking on the ball out of transition. Very good field awareness, adequate open field speed but in short areas he has very good quickness and burst. Downhill player in the secondary and north south player at receiver. Gets after it in the blocking game. Picked up UCLA and Lindenwood in June, and UNI during the spring, to go along with Division II and lower division options as well. This versatile prospect has a great ceiling and only a matter of time before the Division I programs figure that out.
