LANCASTER | Buford - behind three [player_tooltip player_id='1822907' first='Noah' last='Crump'] touchdowns - mounted a 21-0 lead in the first half against Great Falls Friday.

That's where the fun really began.

Great Falls came roaring back in the second half to the tune of 28 straight points. Running backs [player_tooltip player_id='1816245' first='Kendrick' last='Patterson'] (11 carries, 209 yards) and Demais Stevens (117 yards, one touchdown) led a charge that put the Red Devils into excellent position to flip the script. Ultimately, Stevens' game-winning two-point conversion gave Great Falls a 36-34 overtime victory.

"Man, it was an amazing feeling," he said. "To be able to get those last two points and win the game for my team was incredible. We battled all night long and it felt amazing to pull it off and get a big win for us. Much love to all the guys and teammates that helped us get this incredible win, it was a big one."

Other Great Falls Standouts

[player_tooltip player_id='1816245' first='Kendrick' last='Patterson'] RB, 2029 - Patterson's impact could've very easily earned him player of the game honors. He was responsible for the 209 rushing yards on just 11 carries as well the game-tying touchdown pass in overtime. He stepped up time and time again when it was needed for his team.

[player_tooltip player_id='1821807' first='Zaquan' last='Talford'] WR/DB, 2026 - Talford spent most of his time at wildcat running back, as he had nine carries for 24 yards. He was also the leading receiver with two catches for 42 yards.

Qa'Marion Hill LB, 2026 - Hill was a standout player on defense for Great Falls. He collected two sacks as well as multiple tackles for loss. He was all over the place defensively and performed at an extremely high level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1824302' first='Jayden' last='Howze'] OL/DL, 2026 - Howze was a two-way player for the entire evening, and he produced on both sides. Defensively, he was in the backfield quite frequently. Offensively he provided multiple run lanes for his teammates to run through.

Austin McManus WR/DB, 2027 - McManus had just one target, but it counted in the biggest way. He hauled in the game-tying catch in overtime to knot things up at 34.

[player_tooltip player_id='1821805' first='Jaxson' last='Brantley'] WR/DB, 2027 - Brantley played a solid cornerback all night for Great Falls and came up big in the first half with an interception to prevent any further damage from Buford.

Other Buford Standouts

[player_tooltip player_id='1821818' first='Cole' last='Carnes'] TE, 2026 - Carnes flipped the game on its head with a 70-yard punt return for a touchdown with under two minutes remaining. Along with that, he had three catches for 84 yards as well as one carry for four yards.

[player_tooltip player_id='1824373' first='Sam' last='Hunter'] ATH, 2029 - Hunter was all over the field for Buford. He spent time at receiver, running back, safety and cornerback. He totaled 34 rushing yards on 10 carries as well as 15 receiving yards on two catches. He also collected an interception in the first half of the game.

Hawk Wilson WR/DB, 2026 - Wilson was one of Crump's favorite targets as he hauled in two catches for 36 yards. He also added one carry for two yards.

[player_tooltip player_id='1825258' first='Nate' last='Gardner'] WR/DB, 2026 - Gardner was on the receiving end of one of Crump's touchdown passes. That was one of his two catches that totaled 23 yards.
