QB Watch List- New Passers Impressing Us This Season

I'm impressed with Skipper's arm talent; he can deliver some beautiful passes at every level of the field and is a great decision maker with the ball. He's a quick decision-maker with the ball and has great timing/chemistry with his WRs. I'm really impressed with how quickly Pawlik gets the ball out. He's an accurate passer capable of making difficult throws outside the hashes and deep downfield. When you pair that with his skills as a runner, it makes him an explosive threat with the ball.
