Smith is a strong, big-bodied QB prospect who has taken a massive leap forward as a junior and is one of the most productive passers in the state. He is a durable presence in the pocket, and his size can come in handy on short-yardage situations. He is a rhythm-based passer who throws with good timing on the RPO and short area throws, picking apart defenses where they give him opportunities to. He has a strong enough arm to muscle it over the top, but projects more as a dispenser to opportunities underneath. His size and production set the intrigue here.

Garner is a rare traits prospect stepping into his first year as the starter for Fairhope. He is a towering basketball prospect with ample space to fill out. He doesn't flash much as a runner, but he looks light on his feet. I am impressed with his pocket play. He stands tall, confident, and is capable of shifting away from rushers to find a new launch point. As a passer, he is raw, and I'd like to see him rip the ball more into the short areas. However, he has a long, natural delivery, and when it clicks, he can buzz it, which flashes on the long ball. Garner's traits and potential should have college programs interested.

Arnold is one of the most productive receivers in Alabama through the first part of the year, and he is making plays at all levels of the field. Arnold is a wiry, loose athlete with room for growth. He has adequate speed and explosiveness, but it's his spatial awareness and ability to work opposite of leverage that helps him get open. He is tough after the catch and has enough wiggle to create some yards. His body control and tracking skills are excellent, and his ability to climb the ladder and play above the rim is very impressive for his size. Arnold's reliability at each level gives him a high floor as a prospect.

Bass and his 220-yard performance against Enterprise put him firmly on my radar, but also helped him shoot up leaderboards. He is a pretty well-covered prospect in Alabama, but this is my first look at him personally. He is built well at 6'2 180 with long arms. His initial quickness off the line sets up his entire game. He quickly eats cushion and sends corners in retreat mode quickly. His vertical presence helps him stem off and work underneath as well, even if he isn't an elite route runner. Bass has FBS traits, and his stock is soaring after a career-high performance last week.

Martin is a rare traits prospect who has come out of nowhere this fall. While I can't confirm, he looks like a prospect who is fairly new to football, but he does have a baseball background. Martin is simply a mismatch. His long strides are hard to match if he can get a free release and gallop downfield. His massive catch radius leaves DBs hanging on at the point of attack and allows him to effortlessly make contested, physical catches. Martin will improve as he adds nuance. Regardless, his size and ability to win contested catches are appealing.
