I know what he's about. A very capable blocker who will eliminate you from the play if you don't avoid his initial punch. Watching a small amount of Mt. Pleasant tape, I feel that Zander will have a successful day. I'm interested in seeing how Zander potentially blocks at the second level- those Mt. Pleasant linebackers look well-coached.

The Dow offensive line is going to make or break this unit. All eyes will be on the Dow offense versus the Mt. Pleasant defense.

I'm excited to watch Wynn perform under the lights.

A big-time offseason riser. Wynn has greatly improved his mechanics and, in turn, accuracy. Watching him throw in the offseason, he looked consistent and had a few perfectly timed and placed throws.

Watching Wynn's highlights against Saginaw Heritage, it seems that Dow trusts him to throw the ball 15+ times per game. In his highlights, there was some good quick game, and few great decisions (waiting to throw a screen that would have been picked off). There were moments where I thought Wynn held onto the ball for a tad too long, plus moments where the ball placement could have been better. Friday, I'm looking for confidence and consistency more than anything.

A two-way player for Dow who'll absolutely leave his mark on Friday night.

Cayden's junior season highlight tape shows him playing a hybrid DB/LB role, likely dependent on game context. Last year against Midland, Cayden seems to have played mostly as an off-ball LB, sometimes even blitzing up the middle. Against Mt. Pleasant, it looks like he was a full-time DB/S. Wherever he's put on defense, I expect him to fly around and make plays.

It seems like Cayden is being used on offense this season. There's a blocking highlight with Cayden lined up at receiver, and another highlight against Fenton where he improvises a little, gets open, and earns some YAC.

Needless to say, Cayden will play a big role. Looking forward to seeing where Dow places him defensively.

Mt. Pleasant

A productive tight end who could be a redzone threat and general mismatch for the Dow defense.

Jack had a great game against Saginaw Heritage. He ran 3 post routes, and it seems all 3 of them went for 6. The Heritage linebackers had an extremely difficult time covering Jack. I'd expect Mt. Pleasant to run Jack on a couple of posts on Friday if they get a man-to-man look. Additionally, Jack is a solid linebacker. He consistently does a solid job of working through blocks and stopping the run.

Defensively, Will is an off-ball OLB / slot DB. I like his play recognition and play speed in the run game. He's great at reading the run, and attacking. Sometimes, his tackling and pursuit angles can be spotty. All in all, Will might be the best run defender on the field this Friday. He's also capable in coverage, and seems to have the athleticism to match some of Dow's receivers.

Notably, Will also earns carries at RB. Little tape this year at RB, but I'm looking forward to seeing him in the mix offensively.

I'm interested in seeing how [player_tooltip player_id='1826303' first='Prosper' last='Enehiroana'] performs this Friday. In his tape against Heritage, it looks like he earned a large number of carries, and he was able to produce 6 highlight plays.

Last week's tape shows Prosper doing his job. He's great at following his blocks and earning a few yards after contact. He generally follows the flow of the play very well, with minimal improvisation. I like to see it, but there are some moments where Prosper has an open lane, but fails to recognize it. Looking for Prosper to show off some more of his power, plus maybe break off a big 20+ yard run.
