Delray Beach Atlantic Is A Secret No More

So do his Delray Beach Atlantic football team and fans.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The date was Dec. 9, 2024. A third-round state playoff game against five-time defending state champion Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas. After one quarter the Atlantic Eagles led 20-0! You heard that right. A team that was nationally regarded and known by football fans all over the country found themselves down by 20 points.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>When that score was delivered across the state during the state playoffs, it was met with shock, but at the same time, the acknowledgment that this program tucked away in Palm Beach County needed to be taken seriously.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The lead was cut to 28-14 at the half and then 35-21, heading into the fourth quarter.
