For many reasons you have players who may start on a watch list or as unranked and get added that see a major bump as juniors. For some it's that they're late bloomers, for others might be that they've had to bide their time learning while sitting behind talented upper classmen in front of them. Either way when players put in the work and they have the talent it takes to play at a high level they'll get their turn to shine. Today I talk about 6 new additions to our rankings that I could really see blow up on the D1 FBS recruiting scene with some strong junior film. So, let's jump in!

I had Keyes name passed along to me during this scrimmage season. When I watched his film, I loved what I saw. Keyes plays cornerback at Beavercreek, but I project him as a safety at the next level. He's a playmaker in both the run and pass games. When Keyes diagnoses it's like he's shot out of a cannon. He's full speed ahead and he's looking to lay the wood. He plays well in space and takes strong angles to the ball. Kelvin is a player who I could really see skyrocketing up the rankings with some good junior film.

Princeton is known for having a fast and physical defense. Jeffries definitely fits that mold. He runs the alleys well and also has the vision and footwork to get through the wash. Derrick also shows the ability to affect the quarterback when he shoots the gaps as a blitzer. He has the thick and compact build you look for from an inside linebacker. I like the athleticism and speed Jeffries plays with and at, if he can play a little more physical in the run game he really has a chance to take his game to another level.

Bolar plays offensive tackle for the Crusaders. He's a versatile lineman who they will line up on either the right or left side of the formation. I project Alex to move inside at the next level. He has good feet and athleticism that will play up on the interior of the offensive line. He has a barrel-chested build and is a strong finisher with his upper body. If he can work on bettering his punch at the point of attack, I think I can take his game to another level.

Bailey is a fun watch on film. He's just another in what's a long line of fast and athletic defensive players who've played for the Tarblooders. He has a great combo of size, speed, and athleticism. His get-off is really good and he's able to win the edge just off that. He can further go into his pass rush bag with active hands he uses to fight off the blocks of offensive tackles. When the blocker oversets to take away the speed he has the ability to dip and bend and shoot inside for a straight line to the quarterback. I'm very excited to see what Bailey's future holds.

I had a chance to see Rogers in person in week one 1 of the season. He has the perfect build for an inside linebacker at the next level. He's downhill and he's physical. He has the ability to shoot the gap and make the play behind the line of scrimmage in both run or pass blitzes. Rogers also has the feet and athleticism to drop and play in coverage. I really think Rogers is going to come onto a lot of recruiting radars with his junior film.

Maxwell is a talented quarterback who I expect to blow up on the FBS and P4 recruiting scenes this year. Because of talented upper classmen at his position Maxwell has had to wait his turn as the starting signal caller for the Yellow Jackets. That time is now. Maxwell is everything you want in a quarterback. He can make all of the throws from in the pocket or on the run. You see high level throws splattered all over his film. To go with that arm talent, he's a big-time threat to hurt you with his legs. Whether it be on designed run plays like quarterback draws or tucking it when things break down in the pocket or on the boundary, he has the speed an elusiveness to take it to the house. He plays with a calm and cool disposition that you want from your offensive leader. I'd be very surprised if Brady doesn't come out of this season with a whole lot of interest if not some FBS offers.
