Playing in a throwback I-formation offense, Vanata is a throwback runner. He is a physical runner who is hard to bring down. On several plays, I saw him running through multiple defenders for big runs. His ability to run the ball in between the tackles is excellent. He is a physical running back who never shies away from contact as a running back.
