Per usual rankings are based on who projects highest at the collegiate level. Here will we break down #1-20 with updated offers and commitments.         *PLEASE NOTE- This is very much just a preliminary list with the athletes still being so young. There will be numerous changes and individuals added in the coming months/years.           1.[player_tooltip player_id='1654734' first='PJ' last='Tautu'] 6-4 245 DE Central Catholic OFFERS (2) Oregon St, Portland St   Tautu has solidified himself as a top recruit after an outstanding off season where he picked up multiple D1 offers. You can watch his freshman film at the varsity level and his reps on the camp circuit and see that he is special.    2.[player_tooltip player_id='904208' first='Zeke' last='Thomas'] 6-0 180 QB Willamette OFFERS (1) Sacamento St   One of the top dual-sport athletes on the west coast for his class. Thomas broke every passing record in Oregon among freshman, throwing for 2,508 yards and 28 TDs/4 INTs with a 65% completion percentage. He makes the move from Crescent Valley to Willamette where he will lead a loaded squad at the 6A level.    3.[player_tooltip player_id='1609771' first='Peter' last='Stanley'] 6-4 280 T Summit OFFERS (1) California    Stanley could be the #1 ranked prospect on this board when all is said and done. There isn't much film to evaluate as of right now, but his recent Cal offer speaks to his unlimited ceiling. Summit will be a legit 5A title contender for the next few seasons with him leading up front.    4.[player_tooltip player_id='1613644' first='Presley' last='DeLance'] 6-4 220 WR Lake Oswego   One of the fastest rising prospects in the region. DeLance has had a phenomenal off season, breaking out at the Northwest Showcase, with an MVP type performance. He has the physical tools and ability to be a legit contributor for what looks to be a #1 ranked Lakers team heading into the season.    5.[player_tooltip player_id='1609595' first='Iden' last='Rule'] 5-11 190 RB/LB Tualatin   From a projection standpoint a lot will depend on continued growth, but Rule is an unquestioned D1 athlete. Playing against his peers as a freshman he was a man amongst boys. He comes from a talented family and will likely be a multi-year 1st team all-state selection.    6.[player_tooltip player_id='1609596' first='Brady' last='Knips'] 6-4 195 DE/TE Tualatin   Knips could start at DE and play a significant role at TE as a sophomore. His size and overall athletic ability put him in a special category of athlete. He will be a major D1 recruit.    7.[player_tooltip player_id='1609758' first='Jake' last='Hamper'] 5-11 170 Safety/ATH West Linn    His brother Mark Hamper, now at Cal, was probably the best player in the state a few years back. Jake projects as an all TRL athlete in the secondary this season. He will be one of the top two-way threats in the region over the next few years.    8.[player_tooltip player_id='1609764' first='Sam' last='Robbins'] 6-5 190 TE Valley Catholic   Robbins has the frame and length to be a high-profile prospect if he continues to progress in his game. He was dominant at times as a freshman and has the potential of being one of the best small school athletes ever to come out of the state.    9.[player_tooltip player_id='1609788' first='Knox' last='Smith'] 6-3 175 WR Willamette   Smith put up some of the best numbers in the NW among freshman with 28 receptions and close to 300 receiving yards. He has been compared to Wake Forest commit Jack Foley which is a huge compliment.    10.[player_tooltip player_id='1609803' first='Justice' last='Edmiston'] 6-1 200 LB West Albany   Watch the film as Edmiston had a phenomenal freshman season for the Bulldogs, making 27 tackles (4 per game) with 2 sacks. He will be listed among the NW's top 28' LB's.    11.[player_tooltip player_id='1609761' first='Tyler' last='Holmes'] 6-1 195 ATH/ LB West Linn   Holmes had one of the best-off seasons of any player in the region, impressing on the 7v7 circuit and breaking out at the Northwest Showcase. He will be key for the reigning state champs on both sides of the football.    12.[player_tooltip player_id='1614894' first='Lincoln' last='Keeney'] 6-4 185 QB Tualatin    As referenced the last name speaks for itself with his brother committed to BYU. Keeney could be asked to step in and play as a sophomore which is a tough ask in the brutally tough TRL, but he is capable.    13.[player_tooltip player_id='1126329' first='Luke' last='Bergmann'] 5-9 160 Slot/CB Tualatin   Bergmann made the transfer from Sunset after an outstanding All Metro season which saw him score 7 TDs with 18 total receptions. From a recruitment standpoint it's a size thing but he will be one of the best players in the state for his class.    14.[player_tooltip player_id='1609636' first='Brock' last='Estes'] 6-5 160 WR Tualatin   One of the most impressive young players in the state on the 7v7 circuit. He excelled as part of Team Lillard and will be one of the most influential players statewide at receiver. Estes will need to add some thickness if he is going to contribute for the T-Wolves this year.    15.[player_tooltip player_id='1609760' first='Luke' last='Cutting'] 6-1 180 S/ATH West Linn   Cutting has looked good on film and on the camp circuit. He possesses legit size and looks to be one of the few West Linn sophomores who could start or be a key contributor for a loaded Lions group.    16.[player_tooltip player_id='1601596' first='Ashton' last='Randall'] 6-2 210 LB Estacada   Randall plays with a no-nonsense demeanor and has the potential of being a 1st team all-conference LB as early as this season. Look for him to be one of the best at the 4A level and in the POY conversation for years to come.    17.[player_tooltip player_id='1076647' first='Kade' last='Laraway'] 5-9 180 RB Mountainside   Coming up through the youth ranks Laraway has dominated for the Mavericks. From a pure talent standpoint he will be one of the best in Oregon. It all comes down to continued growth from a projection standpoint.    18.[player_tooltip player_id='1609530' first='Ryder' last='Nagel'] 6-1 200 LB/RB Churchill   Nagel was one of the only players statewide to earn all-conference honors as a freshman. He is still somewhat of an unknown but has legit size and could be one of the top two-way threats at the 5A level for a good Lancers program.    19.[player_tooltip player_id='1609795' first='Mikey' last='Covey'] 6-2 190 OLB Cascade Christian    One of the fastest rising small school athletes in the region. Covey had a phenomenal freshman season for the perennial 3A power, making 48 tackles with 7 TFL's and 3 TDs offensively. He was one of the only young guys to play in the Les Schwab Bowl.    20.[player_tooltip player_id='1614794' first='Kolby' last='Wofford'] 6-2 300 DL Dayton    Wofford is a physical presence who made 29 tackles for the Pirates as a freshman. He did a good job of getting himself out on the camp circuit against top competition.
