A laser rocket arm that can deliver the football with precise accuracy and timing to his receivers. [player_tooltip player_id='668381' first='Pooty' last='Cunningham'] is my prediction for the best QB in Section V for this season. Additionally, the ability to push the football deep down the field at ease is shown on multiple occasions. What was even more electric was the velocity that would come behind his throws. The ability to hit back shoulder routes and fit the football into the smallest windows was apparent. Standing strong and not getting pushed out by pressure was a key in making him a top QB.

Tough pick I had to make here, but I did so with Mason Delmarle, who comes in critical in the red zone and goal line situations. Additionally, he ended this year with 1280 yards and 19 TDs, which I think he can do even better! The pure physicality that Delmarle plays with makes him such a tough RB for defenders to bring down. Nevertheless, lowering his shoulder and driving his opponents over or for extra yardage is a constant component that should not be taken for granted.

One of the hardest picks I had to make, but I am going with the super athletic monster here in [player_tooltip player_id='1284356' first='Jermaine' last='Montgomery Jr']. at the LB spot. Overall, the ability to make TFLs behind the line will strike fear in offensive coordinators. Securing tackles at first contact is no stranger as well for Mongomery Jr., as he ended last season with 102 tackles. Staying balanced and using quick hips in reaction is a big part of making him so successful at hunting down ball carriers.

[player_tooltip player_id='726203' first='Xavier' last='Cox'] was the easy choice here, as I feel he is one of the best coverage CBs in Section V. His versatility in both man and zone concepts gives him the ability to play in any defensive scheme. Consistently firing at the football, turning his head to display his ball skills, and being a great tackler in space makes him a complete package at CB. Cox also has very fluid hips and natural quickness that allows him to recover on breaking points of routes. With continued development of his traits, Cox has the ability to become one of the best cornerbacks in the area.

[player_tooltip player_id='1583439' first='Anthony' last='Omebe'] is the clear-cut best edge rusher in Section V that is poised to hunt the QB this season. The flurry of pass rush moves that he presents mixed with speed, quickness, and power is a challenge for the opposition to control. The pursuit and strength to fight through double teams in getting after the passer is a consistent trait that granted him 21.5 sacks. Undoubtedly, his active hands make Omebe such a challenge to control around the bend.
