Recently ranked after watching him dominate the 7v7 scene with the 215Playmakers. His 7v7 work, compounded with what I've seen him do live last Fall when suited up for Lincoln, led him to land just outside the top 20 among 2027 QBs. Scott received a D1 offer via Delaware State back in April, a 7v7 program-wide stamp of approval from the coaching staff at DSU.

Before this April came around, I was well aware of Scott's talents. Scott had only lacked substantial tape on Hudl to back up his case. Scott now has Sophomore tape up on Hudl. A change of scenery might serve as a fresh start for the junior passer. It's likely those covering the PCL will be shocked to see ABR not miss a beat after Frankie Mawson's departure.

Scott posted a five-minute sophomore tape on April 23rd. Accuracy and decision-making are his calling cards. Having been around Scott as an underclassman, it's a bit jarring just how smart the young man is. He's experienced in his current form, yet I've heard several coaches rave about his understanding of passing concepts, his understanding of defensive schemes, his understanding of timing, his decisiveness behind center. I've had the chance to hear how Scott operates beside elite 7v7 teammates. He works with confidence, confidence that is compounded by his football IQ.

At Lincoln, Scott almost exclusively worked out of ten personnel sets, the kid is comfortable in a spread look. I'm unsure how Archbishop Ryan's offense is going to look this coming season, yet I imagine they'll be looking to take advantage of his accuracy and decisiveness. Great reader of key defenders, Scott is witnessed on tape releasing footballs before his target is looking or even open. Scott understands where to put throws so that only his target can make a play on balls. Has enough of an arm to hit opposite hash/field hitches. Can be tasked with reading all levels of the field, will likely eat under 20 yards. Worked RPO sets as a sophomore, that's something you don't see often. Like his rep at the 1:20 mark on tape. Said rep shows Scott's willingness to stay in the pocket and scan the field. Footwork can be corrected, yet I applaud his ability to keep his eyes downfield even after his first two reads aren't available. Scott didn't work under a full starting role at Lincoln, expecting that to change at ABR. Scott's frame is slight, yet to my understanding, he's steadily putting on weight so that he sits at a respectable number, this when observing him for recruiting purposes. Excited to watch him work in person this Fall. When he plays well, I won't be surprised.

https://twitter.com/lil_bj15/status/1938412364203778408

Another ranked Lincoln player will now suit up for Archbishop Ryan. With Scott making the transfer over, senior DB/RB [player_tooltip player_id='1156204' first='Jordan' last='Cotton'] will be tagging along with a starting role in mind. Unsure about Cotton's measurables at the moment, finding those out would likely raise his recruitment opportunities.

Type of tough DB that is capable of aligning in the box if need be. Cotton's an energy-bringer who had wowed me after a live evaluation against Germantown Academy last Fall. Some leveling hits from several different alignments made getting his name post-game a priority. Now ranked modestly, given a D2 grade, Cotton will have a change of scenery with offensive production likely being mixed in. ABR can get creative with Cotton's alignment on defense. Slot corner, Rover role, can be utilized as a primary flat defender, can play with his eyes in the backfield ready to sniff out if a back gets to the second-level. Cotton should provide some juice to the secondary so long as he continues to provide flare and energy.

Junior [player_tooltip player_id='1871840' first='Gavin' last='Kpan']'s measurbales stood out to me through Hudl, yet nothing on tape just yet to warrant a ranking or further mention.

That being said, I've learned that Kpan just started playing football last year. Kpan is apparently much more comfortable on the basketball court than on the field, yet that could change sooner rather than later. On my personal shortlist to blow up a bit, so long as production increases. With [player_tooltip player_id='1657811' first='Brian' last='Scott'] throwing passes for ABR now, Celins likely has an opportunity to eat underneath 10 yards if and when he's aligned at TE. It's likely that Ryan will have to depend on Celins being a two-way starter, as Celins the senior is too big not to make some kind of impact on both sides of the ball. I recently spotlighted his tape on my X account, hoping to make sure D2s recruiting Eastern PA don't lose sight of his potential.

Posted a four-minute-long tape on Hudl on the 1st of January. Caught just nine balls all year, but four of them went for scores. Offensive production was icing on the cake, as Celins registered 3 sacks, 13 TFLs, and 30+ tackles at the DE/EDGE alignment. I want to call Celins a DL/EDGE prospect at the next level, yet I will wait to say that for sure until we see what this new look offense has in store. Celins is nimble enough to be split out wide away from a traditional TE alignment. I've seen Scott utilize in-breaking routes well when operating RPO's near the goal line. I imagine Celins and Scott might mesh well inside of ten yards, especially considering Celins' 6'5 frame. Excited to provide Celins with deserved exposure in the coming months.

https://twitter.com/D_Celins/status/1947028263278158023

3.86 GPA, stands at a whopping 6'4, 270 pounds. Watching his highlight reel, you can see Brown get his hands in and elbows tight. Brown is more of a controlling tackle, one who likes to get control of a defender's chest and use his lower leg power to drive kids off the ball. There are certainly technical flaws to be found and dissected, yet plenty enough on tape to leave coaches excited. Brown proves he's not a sloppy 270 pounds, this when watching his pass-pro reps on tape. Brown can get depth into the backfield on his kick-slides, he does a good job eating up prospects who have no business matching up with his size and pound-for-pound strength.

https://twitter.com/NafiqBrown/status/1922323342431821846

An All-Catholic Center, one who self-reports a 3.35 GPA. 5'10, 290 pounds. I'm sure Archbishop Ryan coaches would be through the roof knowing they can get more of the same out of Seider this coming Fall. A center prospect with a high floor, low ceiling. What you see is what you get. Good post-snap locater of his assignments, a leg-driver. Seen getting his backside in the hole to spring open a few decent runs. Seider's ability to control the huddle and work as a leader will likely hold much more weight than anything I can see on tape.

2x All-Catholic DL and wrestler. A verified 6'3, 290 pounds. Recently committed to Syracuse University, a big get for the program, as Montgomery currently sits as the top-ranked DL among all PA 2027s. Montgomery sits as a top 20 prospect, having him dominate the trenches the way I expect him to will likely immediately shift games in favor of Archbishop Ryan this coming Fall. That being said, there is plenty of talent to be had on all PCL rosters. Since Montgomery's verbal commitment to Syracuse, the junior DL picked up an offer via Cincinnati Football, this through Bearcat DL Coach Walter Stewart.

Breaking down Montgomery's sophomore tape is more fun than usual. Dominant upper and lower body strength stand out immediately. This is a football player who is going to win 75% of the time purely based on raw strength alone. Provides a flat back off the snap, can shock OL and DL alike with the momentum he can generate in a small space. Is the type of game-wrecking run stopper college coaches covet. There's attitude and authority to his game, this area is going to be prevalent more than ever now that his name has become household in the community. This is the first name offensive game planners are going to have to account for when lining up against Ryan. Montgomery will likely provide OL help too; someone this talented and this strong has to play both ways. Can align head-up on guards or shade, can win aligned pretty much anywhere between the B-gaps. Can work stunts with his outside man, he's nimble enough to shock opposing PCL tackles, too. Montgomery is an easy watch/evaluation. Double-digit TFLs, a pick, and a sack to his name. Lyons is the glue to a defensive front that might deploy a lot of two-way players.

Currently ranked as a top 40 LB in all of Pennsylvania, a top 300 overall player, that's pretty high praise coming from us, especially considering Lyons is currently unoffered. Continued production and work on and off the field will change that in time. I feel comfortable sending his name to any D2 looking for backers with experience.

Shot out of a cannon at times, it's awesome to see Lyons work post-snap as if he knows the play called in the offensive huddle. Love the way ABR aligned Lyons in a way that suits his play style. Many of Lyons' TFLs come with him flying into the backfield as a blitzer and pursuing the ball carrier via great angles. Great form tackler who brings all of his weight with him on tackles. A tone-setter, often a blur through the trenches. I'm a big fan of this kids game and am excited to see how it's expanded upon this coming Fall. I'll have to update his measurables ASAP, as he's still listed at 175 (should be 190).

https://twitter.com/Austin_lyons14/status/1921692025973260694

One of the more underrated PCL prospects, regardless of position or class. One of the better performers at our most recent PRZ camp, I came away proud seeing Spinelli step up against some elite WR talent at our event. His performance left a lasting impression on me. This is meaningful considering I already thought highly of Spinelli beforehand. I've had extensive looks at his game up close for what seems like years now. He proved to me that he deserves to be recruited in his current form.

5'11, 170 pounds. 3.6 GPA. All-Catholic Accolades to his name. Is a comfortable pass-catcher, an experienced one too, yet I'd label him a DB first. Two INTs last Fall, several PBUs, six scores to his name along with several tackles registered. Versatility is Spinelli's calling card. Opposing game planners with ABR on schedule are going to have to expect pretty much anything and everything surrounding Spinelli. Can be trusted to align creatively on defense, yet he's most comfortable with his eyes in the backfield. A fantastic DB who could very well lead the Raiders in receiving yards when the season's over. A tough football player who only provides winning reps. Tougher than his build suggests, this reveals itself when coming down to support the run or set the edge, as well as when he finishes runs after the catch. If I were a betting man, I'd bet that Spinelli's ranking further elevates after this Fall season is over.

https://twitter.com/DavidSpinelli_/status/1911898584922071071

Formerly at Imhotep, a name PRZ has been on since Plaza was in Middle School.
