PRZ VA Team Previews: Flint Hill Huskies

Forced to play with a very young team last year, Coach Peterson's squad suffered an unfortunate setback. Being around their team this off-season you get the sense Flint Hill is pissed off and ready to shake their previous woes early. He has looked the part the past two seasons and this off-season was nearly uncoverable during their 7v7s. The All state performer Harris has been getting interest from colleges since his sophomore season. A stud defensive lineman Obisesan earned All-State honors a year ago too. His first year of playing football was last year and you can see on tape there is a lot to like. I ranked him for his work at defensive end where I believe he has more than enough talent to play at the next level. Ernst is a beast off the edge, earning honorable mentions honors as a sophomore. Plenty to like about his versatility, he can play center, guard or tackle, very athletic offensive lineman. Forced into action early, Daley stepped up in particular at center where he looks like has played that position for quite some time. The Huskies should have more depth up front this fall and I would honestly leave Daley at center to help transition the new starting quarterback. A tackling machine at linebacker, he has great range and speed at 5'11 and 180 lbs.. He is all over the field and I really like when he is rushing the passer. While he should have plenty of options to target, Mahmood does a good job of seeing the field, he is very careful with the football.
