He is coming off a 13 sack and 24 TFL season in 2024 and has been flying under the radar up to this point. He plays with elite natural bend, good initial explosion and has a quick use of hands at the POA while able to pursue and make plays backside consistently. He shows he can counter back inside against over-setting tackles and can win going from speed to power on the edge and collapsing the pocket quickly. He is a long strider that covers ground quickly, has closing speed and violent hands at the POA while able to bend and win with both speed and power. Against the run, he can set the edge with proper technique, take on doubles/defeat reach blocks and can shed quickly without losing ground. He is smooth in space, triggers quickly downhill and is an efficient open field tackler that can get off blocks on the perimeter and packs a punch at the POA. He shows he can cover in space and run with bigger backs/tight ends and has redirect abilities/quick COD skills consistently. He is a long and rangy prospect with the frame to add plenty of weight over his prep career and is already very technically sound and a terrific overall athlete with a rare combination of size, speed and bend.
