What an exhilarating time it is for college football scouting in the New England region! Following an extensive evaluation period during the spring and summer, we are excited to introduce the addition of 23 ranked players and 28 players on our Watch List, bringing the total of new prospects in the Class of 2028 database of the Prep Redzone New England Ranking list and Watch List to 51! 🚀 Many of these emerging prospects are student-athletes who have transferred to different schools. Some have chosen to reclassify into a lower grade upon entering their new institution, while others have made straightforward transfers. Furthermore, we've welcomed new names that have surfaced since our last update, significantly enriching our talent pool. This season, we have also noticed several fresh talents and a small group of direct transfers from public to Nepsac high schools.

This update reflects a prospect and a recruit recruitment activities, verbal offers earned, and scout observations at spring and summer showcases and camps, which are known to New England scouts from March 1, 2025, to July 1, 2025. I want to remind all readers that the number next to a player's name is not the most crucial factor when reviewing our rankings. 🌟 Solid Contributions: The B Grade 🌟4 New Prospects: Next up, we have five exciting players graded with a “B”! These young athletes are showing great promise and definitely have what it takes to compete at the NCAA Division 1 Mid Major D-1 level or within the NCAA Top 75 programs. They're on the right trajectory and will be a force to be reckoned with!

💪 Promising Talents: The C Grade 💪5 New Prospects: Now, let's talk about the 5 prospects who earned a “C” grade. These athletes are projected to attract interest from the NCAA Division 1 (FCS) High Division 1aa level. With dedication and hard work, they're set to make a significant impact on the field!

🔍 Room for Growth: The D Grade 🔍4 New Prospects: We recognize that growing pains are part of the journey! Our scouts graded 4 prospects with a “D”. These players have the potential to reach the NCAA Division 1 (FCS) Low Division 1aa level, and we can't wait to see how they develop in the coming seasons!

🏃‍♂️ Next Steps: The E Grade 🏃‍♂️5 New Prospects: Coming in with an “E” grade, these prospects are currently tracking towards the NCAA Division 2 level. With the right focus and support, they can elevate their game to the next level!

📉 Foundation Builders: The G Grade 📉5 New Prospects: Finally, we have 5 prospects who've been rated with a “G” grade. These young athletes are projected to compete at the NCAA Low Division 2 level or High-D3 level, including the prestigious New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC). They have a great foundation to build upon!

🔮 On the Horizon: Watch List Prospects 🔮21 Prospects: We've also identified a compelling group of 21 players who are still developing their skills and will be placed on our Watch List. With time and training, they could very well climb the rankings!
