Film Study: Section 8-9 2027 RB’s

For this series we will be looking at 5 players in each position throughout the next three cycles. In his film against Valley Central, he displays a quick burst paired with good speed. He is a physical back who can bounce off defenders and extend plays with his strength. The 5'9" 190-Pound back displays a solid build for the RB position. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bishop is an elite IQ RB, on tape, he waits for blocks and looks across the LOS for gaps to break free. Once he passes the LOS, he is impossible to tackle. The 5'11" 155-Pound Back has a decent build for the RB position. He is on the leaner side, given his frame and can add additional weight if needed. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Film is limited on Lawrence, but after watching his Freshman Season, along with Wavery and Hicksville game film from last year, he projects with tons of potential. Lawrence is a strong back who uses his strength to go through defenders on the LOS. The Elmont back is the brother of 24 RB Isaiah Davis, who is headed to Wagner.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With his brother ahead of him, he received limited varsity snaps in his Freshman Season, but should have expanded his role last year. He is an elusive quick back who can thread through any gap on the LOS. Once he passes the LOS, he becomes a challenge to tackle and keeps pushing through defenders till he reaches the end zone.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Section 8 back is an outstanding prospect who learned from his brother.
