Baylor standout running back David Gabriel Georges has been heralded as a premier prospect at his position nationally for some time, but Friday night was the first time he really had to put the offense on his back to win a game like this. He shows great ability to keep his legs churning through contact as he had to earn every yard he recorded. Rabun Gap made it a point to stretch the opposing offense out horizontally in the second half, but the junior tailback finally had enough and ran angry up the middle to inch out a victory.

[player_tooltip player_id='1357924' first='Hans' last='Emery Julien'] is an edge rusher to know in the 2027 cycle after coming to the state from Canada. He has to play with his hand in the dirt most of the time as Baylor replaced the entire front seven this offseason, but most likely translates as an 3-4 edge when projecting for the college level. He offers good length at 6-foot-3 and a frame he is working to fill out. He can explode off the line of scrimmage and cause havoc in the backfield, showing a high motor on every snap. His length allows for him to disengage with blockers and make some splash plays, but will need to continue to add strength over the course of his high school career. While in Canada, he was a high-flying wing on the basketball court as well. He could be a breakout player this football season and see college offers eventually come his way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1201841' first='Braxton' last='Rein'] is a long and athletic tight end that is a natural mover as a receiver. He has the athleticism to run any route needed from his position along with the size to high point anything thrown his way as evidenced by hauling in a hail mary of sorts on the last play of the first half. He comes from an athletic family, with his brother being committed to Georgia for baseball. The sophomore is someone that former SEC tight ends coach and current Baylor head coach Erik Kimrey is ecstatic about, and Rein will receive that coaching for the next three seasons. As he rounds out his game and becomes more consistent in all facets, he could be one of the premier prospects in the state of Tennessee for the 2028 cycle.

Tennessee football commit [player_tooltip player_id='958217' first='Jamyan' last='Theodore'] was a physical corner last year with good length and great ball skills, but he has added a different level of burst to start his senior season. That explosiveness, along with the previously mentioned ball skills, was evident as he got past two defensive backs to make a diving catch down the field as a receiver. The physicality aspect is still alive and well with the cornerback forcing a fumble after disengaging from a block.
