I was shocked when evaluating this new 2029 class, how much 6-man tape I found as it was more than ever, and one that intrigued me on tape was Drayton's [player_tooltip player_id='1740894' first='Praise' last='Chairez']. He has some development yet to brew with his hand technique, but when this young man gets into the backfield you wouldn't guess his measurables fit his profile as a defensive tackle, as Praise shows off the pursuit angles and knock-back physicality with his tackling ability. He shows off a clear nose for the ball quickly and one that I hope continues to develop, as he plays on both sides of the ball for Drayton.

Live camp evals are my favorite to those of you that know me well, and we got a pretty good one at the Northen State prospect camp on our newest DL1 in the 2029 which is [player_tooltip player_id='1738188' first='Aiden' last='Stiven'] of Devils Lake. The 6'2 225 pounder ran an eye-catching 40-yard dash at the NDSU camp a couple weeks before for his size and what I caught out of him at Northern State certainly passed the eye test. He showed off quick and durable hands off his sheds as Aiden also impressed me with his fluidity once he got off his blocks in Aberdeen for a young defensive tackle. The Firebirds to me, have some under the radar firepower on their defenisve line with Aiden and [player_tooltip player_id='1575838' first='Grady' last='Quam'] in their 2029 and 2029 classes that you need to know. Twitter

You won't find many 8th graders in the Dakotas that place 6th in the state in wrestling before they reach high school, as [player_tooltip player_id='1741121' first='Regan' last='Gustafson'] of Stanley is a defenisve back I am excited about in this North Dakota 2029 class. We have been told that Regan is a stellar athlete for his age that can pick up new skillsets quickly. Anytime a HS coach in our coaches network uses projections of how solid an athlete is going to be this early, I surely take notes with emphasis like I will with Regan.

At this time, we do not have any linebackers inside our top 20 rankings in North Dakota, however these are a couple names to watch for in the coming years
