UW-River Falls Mega Camp: ’26 Offensive Skill Standouts, Part 2

The 2025 UW–River Falls Mega Camp wasn't just a showcase for linemen. It also highlighted a deep and talented group of Class of 2026 offensive skill players poised to make a significant impact heading into their senior year. From explosive wideouts to polished quarterbacks and dynamic all-purpose backs, this group combined speed, body control, and sharp technique throughout positional drills and competitive reps. Whether they were proven playmakers or breakout performers seizing their moment, these athletes stood out. Rasco, a Nicolet High School senior, played quarterback, wide receiver, and defensive back at camp. He showcased rare versatility and natural athleticism at all three positions. While rotating through multiple position groups in competitive reps, Rasco flashed fluid movement, strong effort, and an instinctive feel for timing. He caught my attention during high-point situations where he elevated with confidence and secured catches through contact and to the ground. With continued work on building mass and refining positional technique, Rasco has the tools to be a valuable collegiate contributor.     Ford displayed quick hips and precise footwork in 1-on-1s going against quality defensive backs. He's a front-of-the-line type competitor. Ford, a senior at the University School of Milwaukee (WI), utilizes his frame and start-and-stop techniques to create openings for attack targets. His disciplined mechanics in technique drills underscored his commitment to detail. Ford thrived on the outside but could be a big target inside at the next level as well.     Stepp stood out during Indy drills, where he displayed explosive change of direction and body control, particularly in cone circuits. Stepp, a senior at McDonell Central (WI), can turn on a dime. His start-stop move was best in camp. Stepp's most impressive moments came during the gauntlet drill. He maintained tight ball security while driving high knees through contact, staying composed as defenders swiped aggressively at the ball. Immediately after clearing the final bag, he reacted instantly to the coach's shoulder cue, planting hard and cutting with precision and urgency. Very impressive prospect.     Smith displayed strong drive and enthusiasm, thriving in individual matchups and technique periods. He launched off the line with urgency, chased plays with energy, and maintained focus throughout reps. Though continued refinement in route polish and positional detail will elevate his game, Smith's frame, competitive fire, and multidimensional skill set give him real potential as a future contributor.
