Rising Stars: 2028 Class Prospects Ranked 11–15

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">As the spotlight on the 2028 class continues to grow, we're breaking down top ranked prospects in the updated PRZ rankings. </h2>    Brandon holds his spot as PRZ's top ranked RB in the 2028 class. 5'10” 185 lbs. he's an explosive, well-balanced runner with natural instincts and fluid movement. Shows excellent burst through the hole and lateral quickness to navigate traffic. Good ability to change directions with quick cuts and stay upright through contact. Strong feel for defenders around, using vision and awareness to maximize yardage past the second level. Three D1 offers to date from Idaho, SMU, and Sacramento State.      High level athlete with the speed, quickness, and route tempo to create separation at every level. Accelerates well out of his stance to gain ground and has the long speed to win vertically. Tracks the ball naturally and shows the body control to make tough catches outside his frame. Elusive in space with the ability to make defenders miss and break away after the catch. Scored nine touchdowns on 30 receptions as a freshman. Picked up his first offer from NAU in June and will add more as he showcases his skillset.      Brown is a high upside athlete with explosive traits and true three phase versatility. 5'8” 165 lbs. he contributed as a freshman for Centennial at RB, slot, and corner flashing elite burst, fluid movement, and top end speed. Natural with the ball in his hands, he shows sharp cut ability, strong balance through contact, and the instincts to create in space. Rare quickness in tight area and breakaway speed make him a constant big-play threat. Defensively, he's twitchy and disciplined in coverage, able to mirror routes and stay attached at all levels. First offered by Arizona then Sacramento State but will see increased college attention after his five game sit due to transfer rules.      Well-rounded TE prospect with size, length, and athleticism to impact both the passing game and run game. 6'3” 225 lbs., he creates matchup issues as a receiving target and bring physicality as a blocker. Moves fluidly for his frame with strong lateral agility, body control, and speed. Reliable hands and a wide catch radius allow him to secure contested throws and adjust on the move. Sheds tacklers and extends plays after the catch. As a blocker, he delivers a powerful strike at the POA and finishes with aggression and balance. Landed his first offer from Northwestern Christian and has good potential to climb rankings and recruiting boards going forward.      Roebuck moves up from the watchlist landing at #15 overall and the #2 RB in the 2028 class. 5'10” 200 lbs. he's a gifted athlete with natural playmaking ability on both sides of the ball at RB and LB. Plays with an edge constantly attacking with physicality and toughness. Flashes plus all around game speed. As a ball carrier, he's quick in the short area with great lateral agility to make explosive and sudden cuts around defenders and also possesses a sustained second gear to break away in space. Despite four D1 offers coming through in June, his recruitment is still in its early phases with the skillset and potential to be a major D1 prospect. With more varsity experience/film, he'll skyrocket up rankings and recruiting boards.
