Health Sciences suffered a couple upsets at the hands of Starpoint and Grand Island but still earned the #3 seed in the Class B playoffs. From there, they steam rolled through Olean and Lackawanna enroute to a 22-18 victory over South Park at Highmark Stadium for their 5th Section VI title in 6 years.

A ball hawk at DB, Green led all of Section VI in INTs in 2024. He has fluid hips and impeccable instincts. Alante is versatile as he can play the Nickel CB spot or down in the box as an OLB, He is equally devasting whether it be in man or in zone coverage.

Guy played an excellent complimentary role in the Falcons' RB by committee. He has good balance and his vision is excellent. He is tough between the tackles and not afraid of contact to get those extra yards. Last season, he also made some key plays on defense as the team's ILB.

The leader of the Falcons ground attack last season, Pitts ran for 1,014 yards on less than 100 carries and scored 10 TDs. He has tremendous speed and phenomenal cutting ability. Defenses need to account for him on every play as he can lineup in the backfield or run jet sweeps from the slot.

Harris was a Breakout player for WNY Maritime as a junior. He is a good sized QB with a strong arm and excellent athletic ability. Health isn't known for their ariel attack but bringing in Tremayne will give the Falcons an added dimension to their offense.

Stevens was lost in the shuffle as a freshman but did produce some quality tape. He is a one cut back that likes to play between the tackles but given the opportunity to break it outside, he is a threat to score from anywhere on the field.

2025 Outlook

Current Head Coach: Ty Parker

Health Sciences opens up the season on the road against a very good Orchard Park program. They're next tough opponent will be against McKinley on October 3rd. Luckily for the Falcons, those are both non-league games and will have no effect on the playoff standings.

The 2024 Falcons team that won the Class B championship were full of underclassmen so this is a team coming off a title run with their key pieces still intact. With a favorable schedule, a plethora of talent and even with the move up to Class A, this could be Health's 6th championship team in 7 years.
