After seeing 2026 Nitro RB [player_tooltip player_id='1307512' first='Chris' last='Radcliffe'] in person at our Combine Series Camp earlier this summer, he proved that he's one of the top athletes in the state. He's flying under the radar heading into his senior year, but should have a breakout year for the Wildcats. Radcliffe looks the part of a D1 prospect both athletically and physically. He's a late bloomer as a prospect with getting his film and name out there, but colleges should be in on Radcliffe's services ASAP, especially with a strong senior season.

Another 2026 prospect who has just recently gotten his film and name out there is Morgantown ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1686033' first='Carter' last='Cooper']. He picked up an offer from FCS Morehead State earlier this summer and is a very good two-way player for the Mohigans. Cooper could end up playing receiver or defensive back at the next level, with the ability to play either at the D1 level. He's a difference maker in all three phases of the game and the type of athlete that you can utilize in a multitude of ways.

Even without any game film available for us to evaluate, 2026 Princeton OL [player_tooltip player_id='1686629' first='Zayden' last='Neely'] has been too impressive on the camp circuit to keep out of the rankings. At 6'6 260, he has the prototypical tackle frame that colleges love as he continues to fill it out. Neely has a basketball background, which shows in his footwork, but his ceiling as a football prospect is very high. Once we and colleges get some game film of him, Neely is likely to rise even further in the rankings and increase his college opportunities with the potential of D1 looks.

We got game film of 2026 George Washington QB [player_tooltip player_id='926292' first='Cy' last='Persinger'] after our last rankings update was posted, and he quickly rose to our #3 quarterback in the class. Persinger had a quality junior season for the Patriots, showing a glimpse of what he's capable of, but he has the upside and potential to showcase a much higher level of play and production as a senior this fall. He has the ideal frame for a scholarship-level quarterback, with the arm talent to warrant plenty of looks this fall. Persinger is building momentum throughout 7on7s this summer and should receive college attention quickly this fall.

State Champion Frankfort RB [player_tooltip player_id='1580708' first='Carder' last='Shanholtz'] will be one of the few returning top performers for the Falcons this season after heavy losses to graduation. He's another prospect who is late in getting his film posted and active on X, but is deserving of D2 looks this season. Playing in an unconventional Wing-T system may make him a tough eval as a running back for colleges, but the raw athletic ability and frame are there to succeed in a modern offense.

No available game film made 2026 Hurricane K [player_tooltip player_id='1580329' first='Seth' last='Casto'] tough to evaluate for us, but he's made his name known this summer at various camps. This warranted an offer from Bluefield State, with more sure to come once he has film available for colleges to see. Casto has performed highly at D1 camps and is considered a 4.5-star kicker by the prestigious Kohl's Kicking. He has a long and athletic build that will translate well to future success at the college level and leg strength to hit beyond 50 yards on field goals, and the potential to be consistent on kickoff touchbacks.

No full season highlight tape for 2026 Spring Mills OL [player_tooltip player_id='1689943' first='Kevin' last='Shank'], but we liked what we saw from the 6'2 255 big man in the available film. He's a strong, powerful athlete who also possesses the needed athleticism to be a future starter at the D2 level along the interior of the offensive line. Shank proves as much as a pulling guard who can quickly get to his spot with brute force behind him at the point of contact. He effortlessly moves his man off the line of scrimmage and has the potential to move up the rankings much higher once more film is available.
