Film Study: 2026 RB's PSAL 4A League

Throughout the summer, we will be looking at the 2026, 2027, 2028 NY recruiting classes. While stats show numbers, film shows the entire story. For this series we will be looking at 10 players in each position throughout the next three cycles. In this edition of RB Film Study we have [player_tooltip player_id='806369' first='Ameir' last='Morrow'], [player_tooltip player_id='402273' first='Tyshawn' last='Bent'], [player_tooltip player_id='819990' first='Nyheem' last='Cooper'], [player_tooltip player_id='1355504' first='Jaiden' last='Webb'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1271059' first='Lorenzo' last='Ruiz'].    Standing at 6'0 205 pounds, Morrow has a good frame for the RB position. The Erasmus hall RB had an exceptional Sophomore Season proving himself as a top RB in the state.   He can look to get his weight up to the 210-220 range, but it is not necessary. Morrow is very loose in his lower half, and his ability to change direction and explode after a jump cut makes him so hard to tackle. He is very shifty and can cut in and out of holes. He has a solid IQ with a strong ability to find holes and rush for massive gains.      Standing at 5'10" 175-pounds, Bent is an intriguing prospect. He is viewed as an undersized RB, but plays on both sides on the ball and has solid tape as a slot DB.   A solid contributor across his HS career in the PSAL league. He has good hands making him a threat in the passing game. A fast RB he makes smooth cuts and has good vision. Bent is hard to tackle and has a quick burst allowing him to plow his way through holes. He sees the field like a top RB and has a solid IQ.      Standing at 5'9" 180 pounds, The PSAL 4A back has an average frame for the RB position. He has been a solid contributor during his time at Canarsie.   He is a physical runner who is not afraid to use his body to plow through defenders. He has solid speed and a good burst allowing him to hit the next level hard. He is a shifty back who has good fluidity in his hips allowing him to cut up the field.   A solid Back who continues to rise up the rankings. Cooper is an impressive back who has the traits to become a top back in Long Island.        Standing at 6'1" 185 pounds, Webb has a solid frame for the RB position. The South Shore back also competes in track and is a solid dual-sport athlete.   Webb is a solid blocker creating a dual threat in the passing game allowing his team more time to throw the ball. He is a physical back who is challenging to tackle. In space his athleticism is visible and he can reach the second level quickly.   Webb is a solid back who can be used at the next level due to his blocking abilities and skills in the backfield.      Standing at 5'8" 175 Pounds, Ruiz has an average build for the RB position. Ruiz is a player hailing from our 2026 RB Watchlist.   On tape Ruiz displays solid speed with good COD. He is a tough to tackle back who displays solid vision and a good IQ. He has fluid hips and can make solid cuts up the field.   Following a solid junior campaign from the New Dorp RB, he will see a rise from the Watch List to the actual rankings this cycle.
