Mahkai is a big receiver at 6'4 with long arms. He shows the ability to run the route tree with success. Because of his size and top end speed he can cover alot of ground, quickly. He is a hands catcher of the football and has a knack for finding the open space in coverages. With the ball in his hands he is a yards after the catch machine. He is a strong and physical player that plays snap to whistle. David wants to impose his will on you and shows that he can by consistently knocking the defender backwards. Not to be outdone by his strength, he shows the athleticism to get to the second and third level. David plays with good technique and a strong foundation. If he gets engaged, he is going to win. He shows good vision and patience in letting the blocks develop. Lucas shows the ability to be a pass catcher out of the backfield and return kicks on special teams.
