He made good throws and showed good presence in the pocket, he got to his second read and is a player that has pocket mobility and can move the chains with his legs, he'd make the team interesting with the threat to take off and scramble.

Graham is an exciting prospect and will add a new wrinkle to his game being the running back for the program as well. Graham is a player that moves well, has good hip fluidity, showcases good physicality to his game and when you watch him move and play, you can see the move to running back being fluid. Hunter loses a lot of production on the ground and Graham will benefit from that and has every right to have a sensational year.

Taeoali'i is an exceptional backer and shows good versatility as an on-ball backer. He showcases good burst, closing speed and the ability to shed blocks. He is a physical player that plays well above his weight. Taeoali'i is part of the tempo setting defense that embodies toughness. He's a player that will be on recruiting radars with another fantastic year of tape.

Masina is a strong, physical and imposing defensive lineman. He has a good quick burst, strong hands to throw lineman off him and creates havoc. He is a player that disrupts an offensive line's gameplan. He's set up for a great final season, which should garner him some regional looks in recruiting.

Makaafi is one of my favorite defensive lineman in the class. He plays with such violence and hatred towards his opponent. Makaafi plays with great strength and physicality to his game. He also is light on his feet, moves well laterally and has quick, active hands. He's a player that will dominate this year.

Kerns Cougars
2024 record: 0-10

2025 Key Games:
Friday, August 15- Ben Lomand
Thursdat October 16- at Hillcrest

The Cougars open the season versus 3A Ben Lomand and they were shut out in seven games last year and scored a total of 35 points last year. The opener is a winnable game. The final game of the season is at Hillcrest, they're moving up in classification and didn't have the best of record in 2024. Those two games are key as they are winnable

2025 Hardest Games:
The rest of the schedule

They'll have a tough time the rest of the season.

2025 Outlook:
The season opener could be a big game for them, they can get a win, boost morale and can build on that feeling of a win and can finish the season with another win, they can build on that.

Key Players:

Deegan will be the signal caller for Kerns. He throws a nice intermediate ball and is a quarterback who will move around the pocket, scramble to move the chains. As a runner, he is more of a power runner. Spight also has good navigation and will bide additional time in the pocket for his receivers.

That was part two of our look at Region 4.
