2027 Rankings Update 5.0: WR

The most recent class to be updated in the state of Kentucky is the class of 2027. With our new Top 150 posted, I will now be breaking these rankings down by position. He finished last season with 51 receptions for 532 yards and five touchdowns in 10 games. Brown is a very tough receiver to guard in man coverage, using his speed and quick breaks in his routes to create separation with ease. He is also impressive in contested/jump ball situations, showing the ability to go up and catch the ball at its highest point, regardless of what type of coverage is around him. Wade is a dangerous deep threat, using his speed to blow by opposing defensive backs with ease. He has also great tracking/adjustment ability when the ball is thrown his way and has shown the ability to make catches in traffic with ease. Wade has also proven to be reliable out of the backfield as a ball carrier and as a returner on special teams. As a sophomore, Fryman caught 17 passes for 299 yards and four touchdowns in six games. Fryman is a skilled route runner, showing the ability to use smooth breaks in his routes to create separation from opposing defensive backs. He is also impressive after the catch, using his speed and elusiveness in the open field to pick up extra yards. Tyler also scored one rushing touchdown as a sophomore and made an impact on defense at safety, finishing the year with 26 tackles and an interception. Wilson has explosive speed which he uses to run by opposing defensive backs with ease in the deep passing game. He has also shown impressive route running ability, using smooth breaks to create separation and showing the ability to settle into openings in coverage to provide an open target for the quarterback. Wilson also scored one rushing touchdown and made an impact on defense last season, finishing the year with 12 tackles and two interceptions, returning one of them for a touchdown. He also returned one punt and a kickoff for touchdowns as a sophomore. John has been making a name for himself on the camp circuit this offseason. He is a very athletic wide receiver, showing the ability to attack passes at their highest point then showing the strong hands to bring in catches through traffic with ease. John has also shown the speed to create separation in the deep passing game.
