As we head deeper into the month of July, the 2025 high school football season is quickly approaching. With that in mind, we have entered a new round of rankings updates in the state of Kentucky, with the class of 2026 being the latest class to be updated. After taking the past week to break down our top players at each position, I wanted to take some time to cover some players outside the top five at their position who saw their stock rise in the latest update. To kick things off, here are some notable stock risers on the offensive side of the ball in our latest rankings update for the class of 2026 in the state of Kentucky.

[player_tooltip player_id='1268277' first='Kaleb' last='Evans'] has a very impressive junior season, completing 151/234 passes for 2,070 yards, 24 touchdowns, and only three interceptions in 12 games. He has a very strong arm which he uses to lead his receivers down the field in the deep passing game. Evans has also shown impressive accuracy, showing the ability to hit his receivers out of their breaks so that they can make catches in stride. He also scored four rushing touchdowns as a junior. Kaleb currently holds offers from Ottawa and Calumet, and I expect more to come his way as he has the talent to play quarterback at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1694642' first='Jeremiah' last='Austin'] served as the lead back in the high-powered Belfry rushing attack this past season, running the ball 206 times for 1,574 yards and 16 touchdowns in 14 games. Austin is strong downhill runner who bursts through the running lane with a sense of urgency and has shown the ability to keep his feet churning and bounce off defenders with ease without losing his balance to pick up big gains. Once he hits the open field, he has shown the elusiveness to make defenders miss. Austin also made an impact on defense as a junior, finishing the season with 22 tackles. Jeremiah doesn't currently hold any offers but he should definitely be a player for college coaches to keep an eye on this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1175796' first='Luke' last='Cooper'] is a player who caught my attention with a strong junior year in which he led his team in receiving with 32 catches for 527 yards and five touchdowns in 10 games. Cooper lines up on the outside where he uses his speed to blow by opposing defensive backs with ease in the deep passing game. He is also very reliable in contested catch situations, using his athleticism to attack the ball at its highest point and showing the strong hands to bring in catches through contact with ease. Cooper currently holds an offer from Thomas More and I expect more to come his way as he has the talent to be a productive receiver at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1509008' first='Xavier' last='Maddox'] caught my attention at one of our camps this offseason and was equally impressive when watching his junior year film. Maddox is a skilled route runner who has shown the ability to use smooth breaks in his routes to create separation with ease. He also does a great job of tracking the ball in the air and adjusting to make a catch when necessary. Xavier is also reliable in the deep passing game, showing the speed to run by opposing defensive backs. Maddox finished his junior year with 29 receptions for 381 yards and five touchdowns in 12 games. Xavier currently holds an offer from Kentucky Wesleyan and I expect more to come his way going into his senior year.

My final notable offensive stock riser in the class of 2026 in the state of Kentucky is [player_tooltip player_id='1175794' first='Camden' last='Burke']. Camden lines up at right tackle where he is a dominant run blocker. He explodes out of his stance and does a great job of running his feet through contact to drive his man down the field. Burke finishes his blocks with a ton of physicality, resulting in frequent pancake blocks. Camden currently holds offers from Eastern Kentucky, Franklin, and Hanover, and I expect a lot of eyes to continue to be on him this season.
