Region IDs: Lower Alabama New Names, Part I

Here are some new names from Lower Alabama who are grabbing my attention.    Cheeseboro is a long, lean, cut CB prospect who produced against the ball at a high level last fall. Thin-limbed prospect who has plenty of room to add weight to his frame. He flashes some violence and pop in his pads when he comes downhill, impressive for his skinny frame. On opportunities in the open field as a returner, he showcases his breakaway speed. His current level of comp can't catch him. Cheeseboro is underrated and has room to get better.     Donnivan Bozeman is a traitsy prospect who sounds D1 alarms. He is a towering basketball athlete at 6'6 220. He is still growing as a block destructor, but he moves well for his size and rallies hard to the football. He holds a few offers, but still has something to prove. He is a senior breakout candidate this fall and is sure to generate some attention if he continues to break out. He might give some smaller schools a shot at a body type that doesn't leak down to them often.     When compared to his current level of comp, Collins is a man amongst boys and gets it done on both sides of the ball. He plays with a physical edge. On defense, he snaps off blocks and generates some pop at contact. At RB, he is tough to bring down and effortlessly sheds off contact. He isn't a burner, but he is hard to tackle and has elite contact balance. He projects best long term at RB, but could absolutely play both ways. Real underrated and overlooked rising senior.     Diamond is a stout, study LB prospect for McIntosh that does a little bit of everything on tape. He projects best at LB, but is a productive rusher and receiver on offense too. He is a mismatch due to his size. On defense, he has the desired mass to take on blockers. What really stands out is his motor. He takes pride in chasing the football and will run across the field to get involved as a tackler. He is strong and has some mass to him, but instinctual and loves to pursue as well.     [player_tooltip player_id='1640723' first='Calderious' last='Williams'] is another dynamic two-way player who has received some D1 attention. He has a complex T/F background, participating as a sprinter, jumper, and thrower. He PR'd at 11.67 in the 100M, and plays even faster than that. He is a dynamic size and speed threat, which really flashes on offense. He is quick in the short areas, has the top gear to lift off from his competition, and runs hard through contact as well. He might project best as a LB given his play strength, range, and tackle production in high school.
