As the dominoes continue to fall, it could be a huge benefit for another crop of South Carolina standouts looking to get more recruiting traction.

These seven have all earned looks, even when offers have been slow to follow.

PRZ believes that changes sooner rather than later. This group of players have had a final important offseason of their high school careers so far.

It should lead into productive summers and then right on into their senior years. We expect the offers to come right along for the ride.

[player_tooltip player_id='402503' first='Michael' last='Doe'], RB North Augusta

Current offers: None

Recruiting target: DII

About: Much of the noise centered on recruiting in recent months has stemmed from the running backs. The top player in the class elected to graduate early and a slew of offers chased some of the others. There are only so many to go around, though. Doe (pictured) is the next tailback up in our recruiting charts because he's a proved ball carrier who can do his thing whether or not he's fed constantly.

[player_tooltip player_id='1580947' first='Jayden' last='Boyd'] WR, Fairfield Central

Current offers: None

Recruiting target: FBS

About: Boyd is without a doubt one of the fastest players in the state. He's backed up that claim on the football field - both in pads and without - and on the track. As more pieces come off the board, schools are going to deem his speed more vital because there simply aren't many who can move like him. It should lead to a busy next six months for Boyd.

[player_tooltip player_id='860400' first='Drevon' last='Dopson'] QB, Irmo

Current offers: None

Recruiting target: DII

About: We understand some of the hesitancy on pursuing Dopson last year after he went through a pretty strenuous medical procedure that left some questions. Let us tell you that he's put all of those to rest and then some in recent months. The fact he's transferring to Irmo and playing on a team with this many weapons is only another bonus for him.

[player_tooltip player_id='816754' first='Tyree' last='Cauthen'] ATH, Myrtle Beach

Current offers: Hampden-Sydney

Recruiting target: DII

About: Unlike some of the others on this list, Cauthen hasn't had the big “aha” moment for the Seahawks. Instead, he's been a steady riser up our boards while continuing to do the little things better and better. He has the type of wheels that could quickly influence a college defensive backfield while possessing experience as a punt or kickoff returner.

[player_tooltip player_id='1267211' first='Gray' last='Patterson'] LB, Fort Mill

Current offers: None

Recruiting target: FCS

About: Patterson has taken every necessary step to show that the time he missed in 2024 wasn't systemic of his potential. Virtually every combine metric for him improved from the spring last year to this, proving just how much he's done in the weight room in advance of his senior season. The physical tools he brings to the table are all where he needs them to be.

[player_tooltip player_id='1327713' first='Matthew' last='Hillstock'] WR, Easley

Current offers: Carnegie-Mellon

Recruiting target: FCS

About: Hillstock has Ivy League academics mixed with the route running that can make him extremely dangerous on the next level for the right program. The fact that he's shown how easily he can work in the slot gives colleges who might overlook him because of his lack of sheer height even more flexibility to take advantage of his skill set. At times, he's uncoverable.

[player_tooltip player_id='1043170' first='Wynn' last='Meetze'] DB, Gilbert

Current offers: None

Recruiting target: DII

About: If production matters, you have to take a good look at what Meetze has done over the course of the last two years. He's surpassed 280 tackles in that time while playing Gilbert's own version of the hybrid defensive back. He's also picked off passes, broken up others and forced fumbles, often in the most opportune times for a squad that can again be playing deep into November.
