Jalil is a versatile, do it all playmaker on both sides of the ball for Perry Hall. During the 7v7 he played WR, on Def he was a hybrid OLB/SS and a move DB lining up all all over the place. He's got a good build and length, should fill out to a muscled up 180-190lb player in time. A nice overall athlete is why Jalil can be effective in so many ways. He's got excellent quick feet, able to start-stop and cut on a dime. You see this show up in his route running as WR as he is consistently able to get separation from defenders. On offense he can also line up either outside or in the slot, run a full route tree, and be effective across all 3 levels of the pass game. On defense he shows good instincts and play recognition ability. Jalil is able to use his length well to get his hands on a lot of passes for PBUs.

As a versatile ATH that makes him a prospect that can have a big range of college interest as he can fit multiple schemes. Jalil doesn't hold any offers yet but he will have some nice senior tape for sure and will be a kid D2 schools end up being all over.

Rashad is a player I've been able to see a few times already this spring/summer and he is impressing me more & more each time I get eyes on him. He is an ATH that was All-County at both WR and DB. However, after watching him a few times now I feel he may be best at WR for the next level, but could see him getting it done on either side of the ball.

A slapped together wide frame with nice arm length, I can see Rashad being a yoked up specimen once he gets in a college weight room program. He is a very smooth athlete with fluid hips and nice long stride. At WR he is able to get vertical, work the seam from the slot, as well as be effective across the middle and on crossers/mesh routers. Rashad shows strong hands able to pluck the ball out the air and keep control, not letting defenders knock it/strip it out as he it making the catch. He also displays great ball skills as well, tracking & locating the ball well and able to go up and get it over top defenders.

Look out for Rashad to be one of the best WR's in Balt. Co this fall and while he currently holds no offers, I wouldn't be surprised if that changes soon. He would be a no brainer D2 $ kid and could even see him getting some FCS looks with some good senior tape.

Carlos is a QB who looked every bit the part out there during the 7v7 and I can not wait to see him in action this fall. He's got the arm to make all the throws and can push it down the field with a pretty deep ball that gets up & down nicely. Carlos can throw with nice zip or put touch when needed to drop it in a bucket to his WR. Game after game during the 7v7 Carlos was dotting it up to his receivers and hitting them in stride for big plays. He displayed nice accuracy and timing with his throws, and knows how to put it in the right spot for his WRs. As my #1 QB in the 2028 class, I expect that to continue for Carlos and for him to show that on the field in the 2025 season.

Nick is athlete who got some run for John Carroll this past fall, but is primed to have an increased role this upcoming season. Playing slot WR and CB he showed nice ball skills and instincts. During the 7v7 he had an interception and receiving TD on back to back possession for John Carroll. Nick plays with some good twitch and playmaking ability after the catch. As well as the ability to anticipate and make quick breaks on the ball on defense. Look forward to seeing what Nick does on the field in 2025 for JC.

Jalen is another do it all athlete for Owings Mills that was making plays all over the field during the 7v7. A bit lean still, but has nice length for his HT and could still be growing. He plays with nice burst and twitchy hips. Able to work up the seam and use his quickness to separate. Jalen also showed natural hands and the ability to go and attack the ball in the air. On defense he plays fast and physical, playing bigger than his size. I can see Jalen being a breakout player for OM this year and being a key piece to what looks to be a strong passing attack for them.
